Yes, true...but unless HKS is being considered as one of the players, with standing, in this guardian/custody issue....why doesnt the court just tell him to go play golf or something until LB and Vergie work out the details of an agreement? Better yet, why doesn’t HKS remove HIMSELF from these proceedings...what LB and Virgie work out between themselves is NONE of HKS’s business.
See, IMO, LB and Virgie already have and had worked out the details of an agreement....it’s whatever HKS is doing in that courtroom that is delaying things and it’s MY BET that LB is telling Virgie to hold firm!!

You have to wonder how the legal issues have been categorized and/or separated for settlement?
i.e.
physical custody
visitation
financial guardianship
executor for ANS/DWS/DLB
If it’s a package deal - then the Devil is still involved in the details.
