Thread Number 3
LOL!
“””Stern, who also attended Fridays court hearing, said the case should have been over today, before he left with Birkhead in a black Cadillac sport utility vehicle with tinted windows.”””
Oh dear - this does not bode well for Dannielyn’s future.
Per Court TV:
HKS “Virgie is turning out to be everything Anna said she was”.
AGHHHHH.
She’s only a thorn in YOUR side HKS!!!!
“”””Howard K. Stern was not a happy camper and managed to slam Virgie Arthur because of all the custody games she is playing. Stern said that Virgie proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me.”””
Howie is doing to Virgie what he successfully did to Anna -isolating her from Larry.
Correction:
Howie is doing to Larry what he did to Anna - isolation from Virgie.
Howie is clearly very scared of Virgie.
Larry better watch out - he may be next!
PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE:
It was a good day for me in court, Larry told ET.
Its disappointing because Virgie is doing the wrong thing, Howard added.
Sounds to me like Virgie is ONLY a problem to HKS, who DOES NOT want her to even touch DL. Tough Sh*t, HKS, apparently Larry DOESN’T have a problem with Virgie doing so.
Anyway, another hearing scheduled for next week.
maybe Larry was just hitching a ride over to Horizons to visit the baby....it would be more telling to me if they had ARRIVED together, which I doubt is the case.
Yes, we definitely need coverage. The above articles imply that it is LB and HKS vs. Virgie...I don’t think that is the case AT ALL.
The video was so strange: Howard said that Anna left the message on Virgie's answering machine....so why dress Anna up and make a video with her snarling and trying to make tears. She was a lousy actress and one big fat liar.
Anna always conveniently forgot that Virgie raised Daniel from the time he was 3 mos old.....for six years.
Anna used Virgie and she used Daniel to get old man Marshall to feel sorry for her. Everything was all about Anna while she was wh..... around. Anna was a nurturing mother??? Me thinks not.
She loved Dannie Lynn BECAUSE she knew it was Larry's baby but she was no nurturing mother. That's what Nannie's were for.
But she might have seen the baby as a final chance to break loose from Howard. Except that Danny died 3 days after the baby was born....
And she needed Howard again because he was the ONLY one (excepting perhaps KE) who really knew what happened the night Danny died.
Howard would protect Anna AGAIN. He'd marry her, become the surrogate father. No one would penetrate the Horizons....for months. KE and Howard would lead Anna down the path they "wished".
That path lead to Florida...when they took a very sick Anna to Florida, isolated her in a hotel room until the stage for her demise was set. NO ONE would/could die at the Horizons. It would make it a crime scene and two RELATED deaths in the Bahamas??? Both drug related?? What are the odds!!
The haunting statement....Anna hadn't done Methadone in 5 months....And which drug took Danny down??....And he smuggled it into the Bahamas???
What I'd still like to know is whether they ever tested Danny for Chloral Hydrate. Since they have ignored the question, I bet not.
Remember when earning 70k was a huge paycheck? Ohhhh, he’s probably still paying off his student loans :(
Birkhead: I'm Calling My Travel Agent!
Posted Apr 20th 2007 9:19AM by TMZ Staff
Larry Birkhead just emerged from a custody hearing in the Bahamas with a big smile on his face and said, "I gotta call my travel agent," suggesting that he was getting very close to taking daughter Dannielynn home.
Minutes later, Howard K. Stern emerged from the courtroom and slammed Virgie Arthur for holding up the custody process, saying that she "proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me."
The three parties were in the same room this morning -- perhaps for the very last time -- to determine custody. Virgie Arthur is seeking guaranteed visitation of Dannielynn and wants to be her guardian in the event of Larry's death. While he didn't go into specifics, Birkhead was visibly pleased with what transpired in the courtroom, but left some room open, saying he didn't know whether he'd need "one seat or two."
Virgie slipped away without a word.
I see evil in everything to do with Howard K. Stern!
But your previous post was encouraging; i.e. Larry was satisfied - only Howie was disappointed.
Perhaps (optimism) Virgie and Larry generally know where they want to go but are being careful in Court so as not to tip their hand to Howie.
It’s never too late to dig out that rake. Dannielynn is going to have a lot to deal with when she is older. Cruel people will throw all this in her face.
Reminds me of the COPS show voice-over;)
“I’m going home - you’re going to jail”
If Larry had said what Howard said, the whole thing could be viewed differently.
Howard is still pushing "Anna's wishes" that "Virgie will never touch that baby".
Is it just me, or do you find it weird that the psychiatrist was providing money to the Anna entourage instead of Anna paying the psychiatrist. HUH?
Not only is the money trail VERY weird, the entire relationship of “Wes & Khris & Howie & Anna” sounds like a 90’s version of a hippie movie, but with lots of drugs, and (LOL)subtitled :”professionals who REALLY care.”
By golly, these professionals cared so much they abandoned their entire legal and medical practices and moved right in to take care of Anna.
Well, I made us all something for dessert after lunch. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a presentable photo of it online already, so you’ll have to use your imagination.
Hearing Over Custody Of Dannielynn Ends Without Resolution
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 20, 2007) — Anna Nicole Smith’s mother and ex-boyfriend left a Bahamian court disappointed Friday as the latest closed hearing in the custody dispute over the late Playboy Playmate’s infant daughter ended without resolution.
Larry Birkhead, the baby’s father and Smith’s former boyfriend, said he hoped to be leaving the Bahamas “soon,” though the court set another hearing in the case for Wednesday.
All participants are prohibited by Bahamian legal rules from discussing details of the case.
“On my behalf, everything went well,” Birkhead told reporters after the hour-long hearing. “I’m moving toward starting a life with my daughter outside of the Bahamas.”
When asked if he would be taking his daughter with him when he leaves the Bahamas, Birkheadwas coy.
“I’ll call my travel agent, one seat or two, I don’t know,” he said.
Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, left the courthouse in downtown Nassau without speaking to reporters. Before the session, she said simply “I’m holding on.”
Birkhead and Arthur have tried to reach a visitation agreement that would end her legal attempt for custody of Dannielynn, who could inherit a fortune from the estate of her mother. Smith, 39, collapsed and died from an accidental drug overdose in February.
A DNA expert revealed earlier this month that Birkhead was Dannielynn’s father. Smith’s companion, Howard K. Stern, has said he supports the former boyfriend’s custody bid.
Stern, who also attended Friday’s court hearing, said the case “should have been over today,” before he left with Birkhead in a black Cadillac SUV with tinted windows.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn in September in a Bahamas hospital, days before her 20-year-old son, Daniel, died from a lethal combination of drugs at her bedside.
The baby has been living in an oceanfront home with Stern, who was listed on the birth certificate as her father, but Birkhead has been visiting her in recent days to get acquainted with her.
When Smith died, legal wrangling was still continuing over the estate of her late husband, the Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, who died in 1995. It remains unclear how much, if any, Dannielynn would get from the estate, estimated to be worth more than $1 billion.
