Thank God the judge is going to hold a hearing on this... he is OJ personafied.... and like I said, how screwed up is that child now, thanks to Baldwin. Bassinger always said he was abusive and he denied it and got visitation against her pleadings to the contrary.

Yes, and he denied it -- looks like his attorney's are trying to claim this is a cut and paste job but at the end of the link I posted says the following:

Baldwin's lawyer, Vicki Greene, did tell TMZ that, "Whatever happened yesterday was sealed and confidential. What you're telling me you've got you shouldn't have."

Hmm...That doesn't sound like denial.

This is what he said about his daughter on David Letterman's show on April 11th:

Baldwin's little dancer

By Joyce, CBB Correspondent

Alec Baldwin appeared on The Late Show last night and told David Letterman about his 11-year-old daughter Ireland "Addie" Eliesse's favorite hobby.

She's a dancer. She's heavily into dance. It's weird to be with young kids who are into some kind of performing art because they'll break into it in the middle of a public space. So you're on line at like Abercrombie & Fitch and getting her some T-shirts or something and my daughter is standing there and she'll go...(dances) She does some thing. I don't even think she's aware of it. It's how she lives.

Asked if it's embarrassing, Alec says,

Well she could be stealing cars.

Birkhead and Stern best of buddies?

Published: Thursday, Apr. 19, 2007

Larry Birkhead has only kind words to say about Howard K. Stern, his former adversary in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case.

“People blame him a lot, but Anna had her own mind, too,” Birkhead, the father of Smith’s baby daughter, tells OK! magazine. “She had a choice and we were arguing and that’s what happens. I’m thankful that everyone can get along for Dannielynn. How could you not?”

Birkhead, 34, a Los Angeles photographer and ex-boyfriend of the late Playboy Playmate, had feuded with Stern, her longtime lawyer-companion, over the paternity of now 7-month-old Dannielynn.

A court in the Bahamas ruled last week that DNA tests proved Birkhead is the father.

Stern said he would not fight to retain custody of the baby.

Father and daughter are featured on the cover and inside the magazine’s latest issue, on newsstands Friday. A representative for OK! – which pays for its exclusive interviews – wouldn’t disclose the terms of its deal with Birkhead to The Associated Press.

The magazine also has photos of Birkhead and Dannielynn.

Stern has been helpful, Birkhead says. “It seems unlikely, but he’s been a great help. He’s been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes and things that could help me. He gives me credit when I’m doing good things and gives me tips on things I should do a little different.”

Birkhead says Stern, who was listed on the birth certificate as Dannielynn’s father, invited him to meet the baby about a month ago.

Hey - wow the Stern team’s attack on Virgie continues unabated. TMZ should be ashamed.

I just saw a blip and don’t know if I got it right—Mary Winkler guilty of voluntary manslaughter?

That is what they said. I watched a lot of the trial and her body language during her testimony as well as this morning in closing statements... IMHO she has some serious problems, could be from abuse, but she has a tic that bothers me somewhat.

I saw very little of it today, but I did see her sitting with her arms crossed, looing bored and chewing gum in court. I said to myself— oh boy, that’s not going to look good to the jury.

You had enough when you proved Smith was taking Stern's medications - the same medications that were found to be contributing factors in her death.

From a legal standpoint, I have to laugh when people say, "But those were drugs intended for Smith!". Great! All the more reason why Stern and Eroshevich would lose legally. That's illegal. That's also a great case for motive.

Want another tip? Putting a clearly stoned Smith on ET, with her counsel by her side, and trashing her mother, can be completely turned around as cause for trying to prove pre-meditated motives. The first thing I would dig up, would be which prescriptions were assigned, and to whom, during the taping of that interview. And let's see those out-takes, too. Then, find out which ones would be most likely to cause the slurred speech, half-closed eyes and wild mood swings.

What was the purpose of this interview? I would argue that Smith was clearly intending to rebut her mother's interview with CNN. Perhaps Smith was counselled that the mother's damning charges could help Birkhead take the child so she conceded to do the interview out of fear. Smith also has the facts of her mother's interview erroneously lopsided.

Virgie's CNN interview was alleging her daughter was doing drugs and that her grandson died as a result of the abuse of those drugs -- drugs that Stern knew about and whom Virgie held Stern clearly responsible for. Yet, Smith goes on ET blatantly proving what her mother's concerns were. Anyone could see that Smith was obviously over-medicated. So all Smith really did there was confirm the allegations.

Surely the interview isn't being broadcast over and over, ad nauseum to prove how drugged out Smith can be. Or is it rather to prove what an estranged relationship Smith had with her mother?

Then how is it true, that a mother who is so estranged from her daughter, has the foresight and knowledge of things strangers do not know? Such foresight and knowledge, that the predictions she made came to pass and the drugs involved, were proven to exist, with an involvement on Stern's part.

Therefore, is Virgie truly estranged, psychic or not so estranged at all?

Alec Baldwin has always been a closeted psychopath - now there is bone fide evidence. David Gregory and David Letterman should be forced to play it.

Michael Richards and Imus verbally insulted some strangers. Baldwin threatened his own child.

Let’s watch for the outrage!
