Yes, and he denied it -- looks like his attorney's are trying to claim this is a cut and paste job but at the end of the link I posted says the following:

Baldwin's lawyer, Vicki Greene, did tell TMZ that, "Whatever happened yesterday was sealed and confidential. What you're telling me you've got you shouldn't have."

Nope..and the fact that the pitch and tone change through out is scary cuz that means the guy is really psycho..not just angry but psycho!!
