You had enough when you proved Smith was taking Stern's medications - the same medications that were found to be contributing factors in her death.

From a legal standpoint, I have to laugh when people say, "But those were drugs intended for Smith!". Great! All the more reason why Stern and Eroshevich would lose legally. That's illegal. That's also a great case for motive.

Want another tip? Putting a clearly stoned Smith on ET, with her counsel by her side, and trashing her mother, can be completely turned around as cause for trying to prove pre-meditated motives. The first thing I would dig up, would be which prescriptions were assigned, and to whom, during the taping of that interview. And let's see those out-takes, too. Then, find out which ones would be most likely to cause the slurred speech, half-closed eyes and wild mood swings.

What was the purpose of this interview? I would argue that Smith was clearly intending to rebut her mother's interview with CNN. Perhaps Smith was counselled that the mother's damning charges could help Birkhead take the child so she conceded to do the interview out of fear. Smith also has the facts of her mother's interview erroneously lopsided.

Virgie's CNN interview was alleging her daughter was doing drugs and that her grandson died as a result of the abuse of those drugs -- drugs that Stern knew about and whom Virgie held Stern clearly responsible for. Yet, Smith goes on ET blatantly proving what her mother's concerns were. Anyone could see that Smith was obviously over-medicated. So all Smith really did there was confirm the allegations.

Surely the interview isn't being broadcast over and over, ad nauseum to prove how drugged out Smith can be. Or is it rather to prove what an estranged relationship Smith had with her mother?

Then how is it true, that a mother who is so estranged from her daughter, has the foresight and knowledge of things strangers do not know? Such foresight and knowledge, that the predictions she made came to pass and the drugs involved, were proven to exist, with an involvement on Stern's part.

Therefore, is Virgie truly estranged, psychic or not so estranged at all?

Funnier yet, that is exactly what Perper said! I couldn't believe he said it. Were we suppose to just say, "Well, that makes it ok then ... TY for clarification Perper!"
