I think that would be WAY cool! I think even after the ANS story dies (like that is going to happen anytime soon!) we should keep this group together to discuss different events of interest.
I have the same exact question about Larry and Anna, and I don't think we will ever know the answer. Why did Larry stay with Anna when I wouldn't have been able to put up with her antics for a day...Was the sex that great?? I doubt if people like Larry's mother and sister who had his best interests at heart approved of the relationship....
Mr Stern's lawyers appear to be again putting forth the legal argument Stern is Anna's 'legal husband' 'under Bahamian law' and entitled to survivor benefits of a 'widower'. He's posturing as party to the suit Thompson had against Anna and part and party to any property Anna owned.
The 'married' argument was bantered about, back in Feb. by Rales when they were on the 'psychological father' kick.
Stern's saying Larry 'could STAY' in (not OWN), the house in Studio City, brings me to hypothesis that 'widower/heir/executor' is Stern's next move and makes me wonder if there's not some backoffice deal that Larry is not already insisting on occupying the Horizons...
IMO In the meantime, he's also got two revenge side games going for distraction. Can't have the headlines solely on the inquest and the RXproblem --that won't do at all! so, he creates one wildfire, by going after Virgie via her attorney, and, another with the Thompsons. "Look at the pretty fires everyone - aren't they sumthin?"

Stern wants to rule the world by confidentiality agreements - invading everyone's privacy except his own it seems. After all, only ET has an 'exclusive contract' to invade Stern's 'privacy'. But if Stern wanted 'privacy' maybe he shouldn't have made the 'clown video' and maybe he should have kept his name off the rx bottles too.
Stern's last 12 years has been paps and flashbulbs. I bet he likes it. (And all the legal pandering does help to keep his mind off the 'daniel day' and 'florida days'). I wouldn't be surprised at all if Stern pulls a 'larry' and trys to crash the A-listers' red carpets Next New Year's Eve in Vegas - I wonder if Tommy Lee or Kid Rock will invite him - I'd bet Pam Anderson won't lolol Otoh, mebe he could go watch Kapoor licking necks....
I'd bet a nickel that Stern's 'getting off' on assembling a crack team of 'hired guns' to publically chomp on people for his own personal amusement. The strangest part of it all, is the hired guns, seem to seek him out. I guess there's no accounting for taste.
side note: - not quite sure where Stern is getting all this money for legal fees...it cost Virgie $40K for one single solitary motion (baby stay). By Jan 07, prior to ('bill fight') Feb court appearances, Opri stated in an interview with Birkhead and (King?Greta? i forget) that her bill was already (quoting) "almost $300,000" - and was still waving a cheek swab around in the air. Think Stern has personally broken the $2Mil barrier yet?
As we uncovered more and more information that reveals that ANS was “not” a lovable person to put it kindly I have also pondered WHY LB was involved with her in the first place.
Having traveled with her for at least 2 months he had to have seen what type of person she REALLY was ... and yet... he did get involved and apparently, actively attempted to impregnate her.
Troubling.
I’m sure they didn’t...lol. I think for some reason Larry really wanted a child and I love Larry but I don’t think he actually thought a relationship with Anna could work out. I just got that vibe from him when giving his testimony. Unless he saw himself as a “fixer”. Maybe he thought if he could just get Anna on the straight and narrow he could “fix” her.

No agreement yet on custody of Anna Nicole’s daughter
NASSAU, Bahamas — A lawyer for Anna Nicole Smith’s mother said Tuesday that talks with the former Playboy Playmate’s ex-boyfriend have so far failed to produce a custody agreement concerning Smith’s infant daughter.
Attorney Debra Rose said Virgie Arthur is still trying to reach a deal with Larry Birkhead, the baby’s father, ahead of a hearing Friday on her petition for custody of 7-month-old Dannielynn, who could inherit a fortune from her mother’s estate.
“We’re still in negotiations. We’re still talking,” Rose said.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn in September in a Bahamas hospital, days before her 20-year-old son, Daniel, died from a lethal combination of drugs at her bedside. Smith died in Florida in February at age 39, also from a lethal combination of drugs.
A DNA expert revealed earlier this month that Birkhead, a Los Angeles photographer, was Dannielynn’s father. Smith’s companion, Howard K. Stern, has said he supports the former boyfriend’s custody bid. It was unclear when a judge would rule on the issue.
Arthur says she’d like access to her granddaughter and believes an agreement with Birkhead is possible.
“She truly cares. She deeply cares,” Rose said. “Her faith in God leads her to believe that at the end of the day she will be in a position to assist with raising her granddaughter.”
The baby has been living in an oceanfront home with Stern, who was listed on the birth certificate as her father.
Legal wrangling continues over the estate of Smith’s late husband, Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, who died in 1995. It remains unclear how much, if any, of the $500 million Marshall estate Dannielynn might inherit and whether her guardian would have access to the money.

The photographs everyone is talking about: Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl and her father in OK! magazine!
LARRY BIRKHEAD, the biological father of ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s baby, is making headlines in London with his OK! exclusive on newsstands today — he and little DANNIELYNN appear together in a photo series for the new issue’s cover story.
ET has your first look at the exclusive photos on tonight’s show!
And as Londoners are buying up OK!, they’re also reading Larry’s interview about being a father.
“All the joy that parents experience when they go to the delivery room and they see the baby for the first time, I felt that,” he says of his first meeting with his baby girl. “It was great.”
In the interview, Larry says he has found an unlikely ally in Anna’s companion, HOWARD K. STERN, who fought him over establishing paternity. Larry even compliments Howard on assisting him with fatherly duties.
“It seems unlikely but he’s been a great help,” Larry says. “He’s just really tuned me in, because he’s been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes, and he’s kind enough to help me out.
“It still doesn’t seem like she’s gone or that DANIEL is gone for that matter. And there’s times when I see Dannielynn smile, when she’s all happy and I think how happy Anna would be about her happiness.”
As for reports about Larry wishing to change his baby’s name, “Birkhead has been swapped for Stern,” he says, “but I don’t want to change anything else — that’s what her mother named her and even though I didn’t get a say, I still want to respect her mother’s wishes.”
Meanwhile, Dannielynn met her new nanny for the first time yesterday in the Bahamas. Both Howard and Larry were present at the meeting. Larry hired the new nanny, and he reportedly hopes that the 40-year-old from Los Angeles will help raise Dannielynn for years to come.
The seven-month-old has been under the constant care of her current nanny, MRS. GIBSON, who’s been watching her since her mother’s passing a little over two months ago.
With her bright blue eyes, Anna’s little girl looks more like her mother every day! Despite the chaos that has surrounded her, she’s a happy and healthy baby.
Of course, ET has been there from the very beginning. At just seven weeks old, wearing a pink lace dress and white headband, the world got its first look at Dannielynn and fell in love with the absolutely adorable infant.
One month later, ET visited Dannielynn again. We watched as Anna lovingly dressed and fed her, while Howard enjoyed playing the role of doting daddy.
At the time, Anna gave us a tour of Dannielynn’s pink nursery — decorated with the now stolen paintings she had created herself.
By the end of January, Dannielynn was almost five months old, and Anna was already predicting her little girl would be a future star.
“See how long she’s gotten, she’s going to be like a model,” Anna added. “Her eyebrows are so defined like mine ... and her lashes are so long.”
This would be the last time the world would get to see Anna and her precious baby girl together. Just days later, she was found dead in her Florida hotel room.
We were with Howard as he flew from Florida back to the Bahamas to be reunited with the little girl he believed was his. ET was there after Anna and Howard’s Bahamian home was ransacked, and we were with Howard as he moved Dannielynn to a top secret safe-house.
Now, what does the future hold for little Dannielynn? Perhaps the answer lies in her middle name: Hope.
“I hope that she will be able to settle in the proper house,” Mrs. Gibson told ET. “I hope that she would just have a happy life.”
At present, Dannielynn will stay in the Bahamas. Now that DNA testing has established Larry as her biological father, he and her maternal grandmother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, are currently involved in a legal battle over custody of the little girl.

IIRC from my timeline, Anna had been dating G.Ben from June..and after the Tiki, Anna left for the Keys with G.Ben. I wonder why the Shelleys/Thompsons decided to assist Anna in getting away from Larry? Do you think there was any truth to the ‘stolen passport/stolen credit card and keys’ and ‘bogus fan posts’ claims that Stern/Anna made? Or was it just another ‘AnnaBananaTale’??
I think that Howard was going to file a license AFTER the marriage ceremony and Anna tore it up. There is an exception for marriages at sea which will allow it. Anna's former attorney, Michael Scott didn't like the marriage bit...but it served it's purpose...It created an ILLUSION of the All American family just happy as a lark...17 days after her son died. Geeez

Thanks for that info. Ugh. ET still involved even now with Larry and the baby. Not good, IMHO. Sounds like they did do a deal - he and Stern. But I won’t judge that - we don’t know....and I would love to see pictures, video, of LB with the baby....let me know if that ever happens anywhere.
OH - this is just the story about what we already knew about - right? Stern suing OQuinn - right? That doesn’t mean Stern is suing Virgie, does it? Or does it?

It does not mean that HKS is suing VA. I have not seen an article that states that HKS is suing VA.
