Mr. Thompson claims he owns the home, since Ms. Smith never fulfilled the terms under which he supposedly turned it over to her, and Mr. Stern and lawyers for Ms. Smith’s estate support Ms. Smith’s claim the house was a gift.

Mr. Stern's lawyers support his claim to the house in the Bahamas because they are LIARS FOR HIRE!!

Birkhead currently is battling Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, who wants guardianship of the 7-month-old if anything should happen to him. The entertainment photographer wants his own family, most of whom live in Louisville, to be granted that responsibility in the event that he dies.

I can understand that Larry would want his family to raise the baby if he would die. He knows them and trusts their values. As the father, it's his decision...

I have friends whose daughter went through a nasty divorce, and they despise their former son-in-law for good reason. If their daughter would die, the ex-husband would have sole custody, and I'm sure he would exclude them from the baby's life and be able to do it legally.

I don't think Larry would exclude Virgie unless she makes his life miserable with lawsuits...

I can't wait to see Howie out of that mansion on his @ss. How he had the nerve to stay there is outrageous...One of the lessons you learn in kindergarten is not to take something if it doesn't belong to you...

Tryin’ to outrun their lies and also to “beat the clock” as to whenever the will is finally probated, while there is reasonable doubt as to anyone else being the “nominated executor” charged with protecting and keeping whole Anna’s estate, such that it is.

Although, I have to say, HKS is going to pull something sideways in that deal, I just know it.

It’s creepy listening to a profiler on TV right now talking about Cho Seung-Hui being a loner who believed it was “him against the world” - because it just echoes in my mind that bitter eulogy that Howie gave at Anna’s funeral.

He truly believed it was Anna and Howie against the world - or the world against Howie and Anna. Sick.

Anna Nicole Smith continues to live up to her reputation as a party girl.

The former reality-TV star stunned crowds with her outrageous behavior in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina recently. “She entered a wet T-shirt contest at a club called Freaky Tiki and exposed herself and got into a loud fight with some guy everyone says is her boyfriend,” a source tells The Scoop.

Fans were buzzing about Anna’s antics on her Web site. “I just want to tell all y'all out there in Anna land that all this stuff is true because I saw . . . it with my own 2 eyes!!!!!!!!” one person posted. “She is there with her boyfriend and his friends and family. She was wandering aimlessly around [a] house looking for [pills]. Her boyfriend kept telling her to quit.”

I think he saw her in her non-drug phase and liked the person she was. We have heard from many people that knew her before she was in her ultimate state and they all talked about what a nice person she was ... so full of life and fun-loving. I tend to believe that about her. It is really sad to think how her life ended up. I hope LB will let DL know the good qualities her mother had in spite of all the bad.
