I've been saying that TIME and access are important factors.

When I saw the ET interview that said "I saw Daniel before he left on the trip...

I went bonkers because KE had access to both victims a few hours before they died. That means she could have STARTED the series of drugs which would eventually kill them.

Alas, we need Anna's autopsy to see what is comparable.

She had very recently left for Ca and flew back in both cases. I hope they checked the videos at the airport in Ca and pulled her and HKS's phone records.

Catherine Crier - Dr. Arden on - pathologist. All symptoms for septic shock would require immediate hospitalization and anyone with any medical experience would have known that.

Building up to the 105 temp etc., systemic disorders. shock etc.,

Maybe... just maybe someone will be charged with her death. But I am not counting on it because it will be very hard to prove and very costly to prosecute someone with her death. I'd say they tried their hardest to find something that would link Stern and/or Kris E to her death (the reason for the delay) but something tells me that they could not find anything that would stick with a jury if there was a trial.

There are too many people who are willing to say that she did not want to go to the hospital

More - No sleep aid would have been indicated with her symptoms.

CC:Other drugs discussed that would have been regularly injected?
Dr. Arden - no answer - methodone not injected. Injection causing infection.
CC: Would you expect to see medical malpractice or someone around this person?
Dr. A. Everybody sues - wants justice - we don't know - we have no evidence that anyone did anything wrong. Lot of lawyers

Aw, heck...She's gonna say that dunking her was the best way....just like Grandma did. (At least that's what she told Moe to say.)

I think Moe "enhanced" the story by saying it was HIS grandmother. But KE was right there. If it didn't seem right...she would have SURELY stopped it and gotten Anna to the hospital.

Moral: Watch out for people who put words in your mouth. I think Moe has learned his lesson.

When they found her "OUT OF IT", they should have called 9-11. Anna didn't have the choice.

Again it would be so hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and so costly to try someone. (think of the OJ trial here)

Hopefully the Bahamians will find something to nail Stern with in Daniels death.

You think the Bahamians have more money for a trial than the State of Florida?

She was a US citizen as was Daniel. Of course I would revoke Stern's citizenship - just put him on the Cracker and ship him out to sea. Lotta sharks in the Caribbean - he prolly can't swim - like his boys;)

It makes no difference because of her "out of it" history. Plus they were under the direction not to ever call 911. NE guy was just on CTV saying this.

(Trust me I think they killed her - but having a trial to prove it is another story - I am looking at it from the prosecutor's view.)

But there is plenty of room for a wrongful death suit.

Good catch...Maybe the story KE told was more like: Don't leave me. Please stay with me. (More like I'm scared. Why are you leaving me now??"DON'T LEAVE ME LIKE THIS". (She was doped out of her friggin' head).

No... I think the laws in the Bahamas is what will put Stern away. Plus there are witnesses who are willing to go against Stern in Daniels death. Too bad Ford was not around when Anna died.
