It makes no difference because of her "out of it" history. Plus they were under the direction not to ever call 911. NE guy was just on CTV saying this.
(Trust me I think they killed her - but having a trial to prove it is another story - I am looking at it from the prosecutor's view.)
But there is plenty of room for a wrongful death suit.

Nope. Howard's rule of thumb was never to call 911 but to call him instead. Personal assistant will testify to this.
