Maybe... just maybe someone will be charged with her death. But I am not counting on it because it will be very hard to prove and very costly to prosecute someone with her death. I'd say they tried their hardest to find something that would link Stern and/or Kris E to her death (the reason for the delay) but something tells me that they could not find anything that would stick with a jury if there was a trial.

Was or was not KE involved with the "high fever" and "ice bath" scenario?

If someone has a high fever (and is on drugs), they can't be the sole determiner of whether they go to the hospital or not, because at some point they're not thinking clearly or rationally.

The ice bath was a stupid move, as a substitute for hospitalization OR as a stand alone. You use tepid water, not ice. And whether the fever comes down or not, you haven't dealt with the cause of such a high fever, which is no more than a telegraphing of possibly dangerous infections.

And who was giving her the drugs, and where and how did they get them in order to administer them?

And where was HKS when she - who had been so sick and had been administered heavy duty drugs - DIED? Why, out buying a boat, of course.

but wait, let's not rush this......she DID go to the hospital...... in the bahamas from Nov 2 thru Nov 7 for a "pain in the side' which was diagnosed as pretty severe pneumonia, filled with fluid, possibly collapsed.... so that argument could be challenged, yes?
