Mornin'.....Went to bed hoping I remembered this in the morning and boy, it popped right into my head when I opened my eyes.

1. We all remember seeing the Wendy's cups in Anna's room. It would have been before Daniel died. Yes???

2. But, when Howard was on the stand, he stuttered that he went out for food...to like a place..like a gas station.

3. That doesn't make a lot of sense. I have trouble distinguishing between Burger King and MacDonald's, because they are similar in lay out and service.

4. But Wendy's is totally different AND, Howard would have been looking at the cups for a long time. I would remember the name Wendy's much easier than the ditty he told.

5. I don't think Howard said WHEN he went to get the food or WHAT he got.

6. Danny would have had food in his system

7. Maybe the Wendy's cups were from earlier that day. Maybe we just assumed that he went to Wendy's that night.

8. Maybe we're looking for different cups or food stuff.

9. What hours are Wendy's open?

10.Have we been FED the wrong LAST MEAL pictures.

11. Did he put BACK the Wendy's cups...as in the photos we saw, replacing the REAL evidence?

12.Most fast food places have videos AND he should have a receipt.

13. Wonder if Danny did eat anything at all that night.

14. And why did Howard go out in the middle of the night for crappy food. Hospitals have all kinds of vending machines for drinks and crappy food.

15.Were those cups in the pictures of Danny, Mom and baby??

16. Were the Danny, Mommy and baby pictures taken BEFORE he went out for the food??

Conclusion: Why didn't Howard remember the easiest of memories...Wendy's I think by the time they discovered Daniel, the room was a "set up"...a "scene" if you will.

I'm kinda playing the antagonist, here. But I'm looking for the big mistake and it has to be something we're not looking for because our mind has been been fed "what Howard wants us to see".

Seidlin kinda raised his eyebrows while Howard was explaining his marriage and asked very specific questions.

Nevertheless, Howard SPECIFICALLY said that Anna wanted to get married but he didn't. In my head, that says there is no way it can EVER be deemed a marriage because that was NOT Howard's intention.

The benefit of not being married?? Not responsible for her debts.

The sweet son Danial was not eating so HKS went to get himself crap food and maybe brought back Milkshakes for the post op Momma and on for the not eating son too?

So ???is what was in those cups pop or Milkshakes that one could slip a lethal mickey in.... hmmm.

Howard can say all kinds of things that "Anna said" now that she's not here to confirm or contradict. I think he's made a few mis-steps along the way and has woven a web that may ultimately lead to his downfall.

Here in Atlanta a DJ was doing a promotion in the Bahamas. It was planned long before ANS died, but they thought it was neat one of their major DJ's was going to be in the Bahamas through the funeral and all that jazz. He is still there and TALKED TO LARRY BIRKHEAD YESTERDAY!!! For about 10 minutes, for whatever reason, he ran into him and talked to him. Larry said that the DNA test WAS done yesterday and they will know by Friday if he is Dannielynn's father.

We have three yorkies and they tend to go nuts when we return from home or just outside without them. Cesar Milan (love that show) says that mother dogs do not tolerate that stuff and you have to ignore them. Do not look or talk - nada. Now if your dad is like my hubby and thinks it is cute, it may take longer. We have the mom, dad and baby (who is a year and half) and they all will go crazy. I have managed to stop that shrill-assed barking when I go through the gate to the chickens/barn. I just turned around and "shhh'd" and pointed at them. Took three actually days to accomplish that and I was so proud of myself. LOLL

No...What I'm saying is the Wendy's cups is just a "scene" and not where he really went. Anna had a "Memory Loss" when Daniel died. Howard could tell her anything. She was kept drugged after she was "helped" to bed by Daniel and apparently never talked to anyone. They sedated her and Howard her home because they were afraid the media would descend on the hospital. Wonder if the baby went home with them that morning??

As soon as Daniel dies, Howard called KE and she flies to the Bahamas. But she was with Anna when the baby was born...so she had just left, say 24 hours before Daniel died. Does that sound familiar??

Darnit, I know he is grieving, for whatever reason. The looming criminal case, or just missing ANS (and her money), but that baby needs to be around a smile. A Larry Birkhead smile, a grandmother smile. Jeez.

HKS: Because her son had just passed away, and we didn’t want to give any perception that we were trying to hide any wrongdoing.

Seidlin: Wrongdoing because there were questions about the uh the issue of his death?

HKS: Well, there were questions by an initial coroner, at the time.

Princess Margaret Hospital, Nassau Bahamas is a govt.facility also on Shirley.
Wendy's is on Bay St. Nassau.

He was going to try to "back date" the marriage privilege?? Like he wouldn't be able to testify against Anna in the death of Daniel...and visa versa??

So, at this upcoming inquest, he's going to use this marriage as a refusal to testify against Anna?? Isn't he nice!!!
