If true, then Larry probably made a deal with Stern. How else is he going to come up with the money to pay Opri's fees which I imagine are quite steep? I don't imagine she will be in the frame of mind to let him pay $5.00 a week if he fired her.
Have no idea what an atty's contract looks like. Do they not have "billable hours" like CPAs?

Still unknown - plus it is still unknown who owns the property - I thought for sure Jean from CTV would learn who owned it on Friday as Pinder told her he would tell her but she probably wants to investigate what Pinder tells her before announcing it on TV.
Didn't KE say that they had to ice her down to get her on the plane to go to Florida? Not sure of the date. I can't get over the way her face looked from this visit and the previous visit to the Hard Rock. Something was going on.
He sent Mo with the body and told him to say nothing. Howard went to the hospital later and it was there that he told Mo what to say.
He stayed with Taz and told her exactly what to say. I don't think Taz was as close to the body as we think.
Would like to see the phone calls between KE and Howard. KE said she called the hotel after she got home to check on Anna. I think that had to be on the morning of the day she died because she had just left on Wednesday. In fact, I'm guessing that it had to be pretty close to the time she died. Was the phone call in the lobby by Howard to KE?? The one where he was pacing??
Wonder if the same scenario occurred with Daniel.

I saw the name of the property posted on our threads a couple of times, but cannot remember what it is.
I read the contract. It made no reference to termination of the attorney's contract. i.e. in that event what would be billable.
It just laid out the responsibilities to effect a satisfactory contract between the city and Nextel.

Demerol Facts and some thoughts on what is rumored

Rapid i.v. injection of narcotic analgesics, including meperidine, increases the incidence of adverse reactions; severe respiratory depression, apnea, hypotension, peripheral circulatory collapse, and cardiac arrest have occurred. Meperidine should not be administered i.v. unless a narcotic antagonist and the facilities for assisted or controlled respiration are immediately available. When meperidine is given parenterally, especially i.v., the patient should be lying down.
By Injection
I.M.: Meperidine should be injected well within the body of a large muscle.
Rumor is Perper was asking if Anna normally used alcohol swabs before injecting herself with Demerol. So this tells me that he found an injection site (pin prick hole) that she could reach on her body and that the injection site was NOT swabbed with a alcohol pad. He knows that Demerol was what was injected at the found injection site because it must have not spread throughout the muscle under the injection site because their is claim that it may have been injected within 2 minutes of her death. (meaning it did not spread throughout body because she died shortly after it was injected) They suspect that 75ml (75cc) of Demerol was injected in to her. 75ml of Demerol is not that high of a dose for an adult - typical dosage for a Demerol injection is 50ml to 100ml.
IMO... Demerol is not what killed her, but it shows that someone may have been injecting her with whatever to cause her to die faster or the were doing it thinking they were helping her or she injected herself.
There has to be a used syringe in the hotel room - I have no idea if they found one or not. If they did not find one with Demerol residue on it, then someone is trying to cover something up. (as we know)

The big thing that struck me was that Daniel's initial autopsy results came in very quickly but that the final autopsy results were not to be disclosed til the inquest. Then, of course, Wecht was brought in by ANS and Stern and his results have been made public. So that's why we know about the Methadone in daniel's system.
And just like in Anna's death - there were conflicting reports about what happened the day Daniel died -
1. Was Daniel in a chair or in Anna's bed?
2. Was there blood and vomit around the room or nothing like that?
3. Did Anna scream at Howard - "YOU DID THIS" or not
4. Why did Daniel have bruises under his arms and on his hips when all said there were no signs of violence?
And then just general questions such as - Why has the Coroner's inquest which was scheduled for October still not been done 5 months later?
My answer - the Bahamian Government is totally corrupt. That fact was mentioned by a Freeper in one of those threads who said everything in the Bahamas was up for sale. Others said we will likely never know what really happened to Daniel.
Oh and the point made several times by Stern by Trimspa guy and by Michael Scott- then Anna's attorney re: Daniels death - that Anna was so upset and had to be sedated so strongly that she lost all memory of the fact that Daniel had died.
That last fact appears to me to have been Stern's plan to make her an unreliable "witness" in the upcoming death inquest.
Somewhere along the way, IMHO, Stern's plan changed as he became convinced Anna had to go. She could not be allowed to testify at the Daniel death inquest.
I would like to know what Linda Virgil's position is now. The Bahamas closed down their coroner's office and changed procedures after she came out so loudly about the death being "suspicious" and then was basically told to shut up and not say that any more.
Does anybody know where Linda Virgil of the Bahamas government is now? Does she still have an investigative job? She is the ONLY Bahamian official that appears to me to be somebody who would push to get the truth.
The Ferguson guy of the Bahamian police dept is evidently (IMHO) corrupt. 5.

So far I have not heard of a doctor filling the prescriptions and only that KE faxed the list directly to Key Pharmacy when drs would not fill it. I have no idea if any of that is fact.
Terrific analysis - it becomes more clear how corrupt or incompetent the Bahamian system is after the time lapse.
I believe that Anna was drugged to within an inch of her life to prevent her from testifying at Daniel's first scheduled inquest. The talk of "amnesia" was a preliminary effort. Then, as the inquest was postponed Anna probably reflected on what actually happened, HK$ got more terrified and took the final, fatal step.
