Have no idea what an atty's contract looks like. Do they not have "billable hours" like CPAs? Anyone? Does a contingency arrangement count if you separate before a court settlement? Go my child and educate thyself!

I read the contract. It made no reference to termination of the attorney's contract. i.e. in that event what would be billable.
It just laid out the responsibilities to effect a satisfactory contract between the city and Nextel.
Do I get my diploma?
