Wow, her two best friends, KE and Howard are in cahoots? The same friend in the Christmas video where Anna was "whacked out"? And she let Howard take the videos?? My thoughts are changing a little.
I said previously that KE's "Dont go!!" story didn't fly. KE was going to the Bahamas, yes? 8 hours away and Anna would be there within 24 hours.

Similarities Between Smith, Son’s Death

The similarity in the manner of the deaths of American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel Wayne Smith prompted Bahamian police to send a delegation to Florida, a senior police official said on Thursday.
Anna Nicole Smith died at 39 on February 8.
Ms. Smith died suddenly in Florida on February 8, 2007 while Daniel died suddenly in Nassau on September 10, 2006. Both deaths occurred under circumstances described as unusual by authorities involved, and both deaths appear to have involved prescription drugs.
Meanwhile, Chief Superintendent Marvin Dames – Officer in Charge of the Central Detectives Unit – told the Journal on Thursday that Bahamian police were in Florida speaking to their counterparts about "a number" of ongoing investigations.
He said he was not at liberty to say specifically whether they were looking into Daniel’s death.
Months ago, the police sent a file to the Coroner containing the results of their investigation into Daniel’s death: at the time, police officials said their investigation into the young man’s death was complete.
However, Mr. Dames on Thursday acknowledged that since the Coroner’s Inquest into the youth’s sudden demise is scheduled to begin a the end of March, the investigation into his death "can’t be closed."
Police Commissioner Paul Farquharson met with Seminole police Wednesday.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Reginald Ferguson has said that since ms. Smith resided in the Bahamas at the time of her death, Bahamian authorities have an interest in the case.
Bahamian police are also still investigating the reported burglary of her home. Ms. Smith’s companion, attorney Howard K. Stern, said computers and other personal effects were stolen.
Mr. Dames spoke of a reciprocal relationship between Bahamian and Florida police, pointing out that Seminole Police Department officials had been in The Bahamas two weeks ago looking into what he described as "linkages" here in relation to Smith’s death.
Such reciprocal cooperation, Mr. Dames said, was "all standard procedure."
The presence of Bahamian police officers in Florida was widely reported in the US press, but Bahamian police are sticking to their customary silence regarding ongoing investigations.
According to Florida press, Seminole Tribal Police have met with Broward prosecutors to assess whether they have sufficient grounds for search warrants to access Ms. Smith’s computer files.
Seminole police have the computers, but are concerned about examining them because it’s not clear whether they were obtained legally.
The Miami Herald is reporting that authorities say they have no evidence of foul play, but her death is nevertheless considered suspicious, which means they would investigate it as thoroughly as they would a homicide.
Last week, it was revealed that the Seminole police had two new pieces of evidence in the case that they wanted to explore, thus holding up the Broward medical examiner’s final report on the case.
Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper has yet to announce what caused Ms. Smith’s death.

Pure speculation:
A. Larry has found out that he is not the father and made a deal with HKS.
There MUST be a DNA test ordered by the court with public dissemination of the information...or I will never believe anything that comes out in an agreement between the two.
There are people that speculated the Daniel was the father and if so...no public paternity test.
I found that site that claims G Ben is the father and killed ANS was interesting but hard to believe.
I can't quite figure out what would be so bad about him being the father that he would have to kill ANS so that it didn't come out.
Of course, Ford Shelly allegedly made death threats to someone over a property deal...so who knows.
Might be some Mafia types behind the scenes. ANS did claim to someone that the mafia was trying to kill her...and the person thought she was just on a paranoia drugged-up trip.
What Opri didn't say was that the attorney-client relationship was terminated because we have fallen in love and it wouldn't be ethical for me to continue as his attorney. Just kidding, lol!!
Where is Mark Steines? Has he been fired or did they put him on ice until they find out whether HKS is going to be charged?

I've thought that for a while now. Why on earth waste MORE time (we are TALKING SIX MONTHS NOW!!) on getting HKS DNA when all is needed is Dannielynn's. Of course more face time for the camera hog Opri.

When Perper called in, did he convey that particular drug to the judge as a possible cause of death?? The dilauded (sp) is listed as 4 bottles of 2mg on the KE's prescription list dated Sept. 15, 2006.
I believe this was the LAST drug the judge asked about and Howard said he wasn't familiar with it.
I tell ya...The judge set Howard up and he set him up good. Never mind the difference in names via the prescription.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I don't believe the judge used the name Dilauded though. Anyone remember? Maybe Perper didn't have the precription at that time so I guess it would be: "What was written on the bottles of that stuff"??

Someone on the CourtTV board is saying that ANS is not the first person to tell Thompson that his vasectomy "failed".
I know my opinion is not one of the majority but I think there is something suspicious about the whole Ford Shelly/G Ben Thompson part of this.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the allegation that Ford Shelly threatened to kill someone over a business deal turned out to be factual.
I also have always thought that there was a big possibility that Larry was not the father.
Just who is...I am not sure...but pretty sure it isn't HKS....and positive it isn't OJ ;-)
Has it been confirmed that the great big jug of Methadone in the refrigerator ( photo)was liquid or in pill form?
