I've thought that for a while now. Why on earth waste MORE time (we are TALKING SIX MONTHS NOW!!) on getting HKS DNA when all is needed is Dannielynn's. Of course more face time for the camera hog Opri.

Opri Rale and Ford Shelley On Greta Tonight

Attorney's Ron Rale and Debra Opri were guests on Greta Van Susteren's On The Record tonight but another of Greta's guests is the one whose interview will start uproar again.
Rale stated that there are no life insurance policies. Hope that will stop the discussion on that subject.
Opri said that court in the Bahamas over the paternity will proceed on March 16th.
This is Fox News so take what is said with a grain of salt. Ford Shelley still has a legal dispute with Howard..
Ford Shelley told Greta that he and Larry and Howard met in a hotel room and that when Howard first started talking, he told Larry "I want you to see your daughter". Shelley said that Howard later told Larry that Dannielynn was born two weeks early so it still stands that either man could be Dannielynns father.
Ford Shelley and his wife Gina Shelley said that they would have liked to attend Anna Nicoles funeral and were initially invited but Howard told them that he was afraid that Shelley might get arrested. Shelley then stated that he wanted to go anyway but Howard told him there was not enough room. Shelley said they later learned there was plenty of room at the service.
So its looking like attempts at negotiation have failed which is too bad. Ron Rale told Greta that Howard hoped that everything could be worked out with the lawyers but attorneys for Birkhead would not let that happen. Opri said that is not how it went.
Greta offered to mediate the situation and find a DNA specialist that both parties could agree on.
