/PRNewswire/ — Wednesday marks the six year anniversary of the original Anna Nicole Smith court case in which a Houston jury unanimously upheld J. Howard Marshall II’s estate plan in Marshall, et al. v. McIntyre (the Estate of J. Howard Marshall II), et al. The Houston Probate Court ruled that Vickie Lynn Marshall (a/k/a Anna Nicole Smith) did not have an agreement with J. Howard Marshall II that would give her one-half of all his property. Furthermore, the Court also decreed that J. Howard Marshall II “did not intend to give and did not give to Anna Nicole Smith a gift or bequest from his estate or living trust either prior to or upon his death.”
“The unfortunate passing of Smith caused a stir in the media over the potential inheritance from her marriage, but the fact remains that the Marshall estate was left to E. We live in San Jose California. He also gets hives all over his body almost every day during most of the year.
He’s on doxepin and zyrtec. And then he gets that shot of cortisone once a year which sometimes helps for a while.
I think he’ll be willing to give up the Starbucks if there is a way to get rid of this problem.

Also, I believe it was reported that the Bahamanian officials did ‘background checks’ on Virgie, Larry, and HKS in preparation for this paternity hearing. Hopefully, they did those background checks in advance to prevent any further ‘delays’ in the paternity/custody dispute!!

I have to work tomorrow of all days but am hoping that they reveal the results. I understand they MAY NOT but I would bet that the DNA guy has cleared the deck and already landed.
So wouldn't that mean that they each have at least two accounts in the Bahamas. At least! Two accounts for a guy who has no money??
Homeopathic Apis pops into my my right off the top of my head, but where you live I know there is quite a few good classical homeopaths. If it was me I’d make an appointment and have a complete workup, he could get off all drugs and rid of the allergies and hives, too.... There is two in San Jose, one is an RN Homeopath an dthe other is an MD and homeopath. Freep me your fax number and I’ll send you the page out of the practitioner directory with their information and what to ask when you first see a homeopath. I used to have allergies, too.... no more so it can be rid of.
