It appears Larry Birkhead is defending himself and speaking to the public. He takes time to talk to people and address the issues. I find this very interesting and it seems who ever has tried smearing him with false reports, is being questioned on it. Birkhead’s no fool and seems to be a decent person: I wonder if the Howard K. Stern camp was up to the false reports.

I was so angry with Florida for the snub of Governor Bush that I was going to pull for whichever team they played in the finals. The Student Senate straightened out the Faculty Senate, though.

I think that trying to quash the inquest is not going to fly. If he tries to put up even one more roadblock to any of this stuff, it's over for him. He's gonna end up having to go ahead and "take his medicine".

Maybe that's one of the reasons that KE is way off in California. She's the drugstore and Howard can now say that the house is "drug-free". BUT, that doesn't work real well because it wasn't before she died.....of drugs.

I am holding up ok... but it is hard to accept as he was part of our family for 29+ years. I was just 13 years old when he married my sister 27 years ago.
I have been on the phone all day speaking with family & friends in the STL area.
I’ll know more by tomorrow evening on what my sisters plans are. We now know he did not fall asleep at the wheel and sister may order a autospy on him tomorrow. She has close friends going with her tomorrow to ID his remains. At that time she will learn more about the accident and what exactly happened.

Personally i think it was kind of a waste of time to talk about the bill that Opri slapped on Birkhead. That’ll work itself out somehow. There are more important things that could be explored wrt this case(s).

I've drank Tennessee moonshine here in CA. My ex husband had friends who were from Tenn, and their daddy had a still. Grew his own corn. Even charcoal filtering didn't help. Basically, you had to be already drunk before sampling that gasoline... Btw, welcome to the thread :)
