another thing. The liver does all it's regenerating at night as soon as it gets dark until sunup. Anytime there is an illness and the liver is involved, it's very important to be in bed -- if not asleep, at dark so the liver can utilize all it's energy in cleansing and healing.

Eat only fresh foods -- learn to shop the fresh food aisle at the market -- no preservatives.

Oh Geez. My husband doesn’t usually sleep at night. He works at night from home (since he’s building our house during the day and he’s his own boss) and he goes to sleep around 5 or 6 am. Ugh.

I’ve just googled Rhodiola and it looks good. I’m gonna look for it. If they don’t have it at Whole Foods I can find it in San Francisco for sure. Thank you so much!!!
