They were helping her drug use and knew about it. Suspiciously, a lot of things are going missing on the internet that point to this. Hope you don't mind me posting this under your comments, but I don't know where else to put them.

Regarding the statements that Larry Birkhead was never involved with Anna Nicole, I found this OLD article of interest and thought I might share.

This article is dated July 19, 2005 and describes an incident that occurred at the Freaky Tiki, a rather interesting looking bar in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Yes, the same state that the Fords have a home. It is also rumored that Larry Birkhead introduced Anna Nicole to G. Ben Thompson in Myrtle Beach as he was friends with the family first.

What I found after I read this article and did a search for Anna Nicole and Freaky Tiki was this:

Apparently these are some clips from a forum that was closed down on www.annanicolesmith.com after people who were at the bar, posted about how Anna Nicole behaved on the night at the Freaky Tiki.

“What surprised me is she was slamming shots after she took [some “nerve pills,”] according to another poster. “Then she continued drinking and by night’s end the boyfriend, (he said his name was Larry) tried to calm her down she smacked him in the face and was kissing on girls and dry humping some old man on his lap who she left with but not without help from her attorney Howard [K. Stern] who had to hold her up and went wagging behind her like a puppy dog, with in fact Anna's puppy dog in his arms.”

The alleged boyfriend was apparently Larry Birkhead, who was wearing a T-shirt that declared: “I love my girlfriend.”

Smith, in October, told The Louisville Courier Journal “Larry keeps me occupied so I don't have to worry about being lonely anymore.”

The postings about Smith’s shenanigans were all removed from her Web site and the forum was closed, but a few photo highlights of the weekend still exist on the Web.

“The reason we took down the postings was that we don’t want Anna defamed on her own Web site,” Stern told The Scoop. He says that she did enter the wet T-shirt contest, but did not expose herself — she was wearing pasties. He also denies that Smith took or asked for any pills or that she has a boyfriend. “The only thing that was true is that I went there to save her because she didn’t feel safe," he said. "She met some good people in South Carolina and some bad people and I question their motives. I’m glad we got her out of there on time

Both the article and responses to the article and incident are clearly from 2005, well before Daniel or Anna died. So even back then, Howard K. Stern denies Larry Birkhead was in a relationship with Anna Nicole Smith, denies her doing any drugs and from what I gather from the Scoop's interview with Howard, he more or less places the focus on "some bad people" she met in South Carolina. Clealry, Howard did not approve of some of them.

Regardless, if Howard only came to rescue her after said events, how does he know the counts made by others are false? Makes no sense. Stern wasn't there at least some of the night (I'm being generous) by his own admission.

Some people had complained that while they were paid members of the site, they could not access it. Apparently it was explained that it was due to a mourning period for Daniel Wayne Smith who had passed away. The cached statement of that page at the time, said this:

Why assume that fans would assume he died of acohol or drug related factors? Things that just make me go, DOH!

In other odd news, I found this interesting URL: http://www.adrforum.com/domains/decisions/220007.htm , which shows how they even sued one of their FANS of 10 years, from using the original domain www.annanicolesmith.com because they claimed it was being used for commercial gain, of which there is no evidence whatsoever other than the stated accusation. After a hearing, it was determined the original site owner did not act improperly. How the site was eventually turned over to Stern, I have no clue but it was.

I read about Dr. William Sybers, a highly respected pathologist and chief medical examiner in Florida. He was convicted maybe eight? years after the death of his wife from him administering to her succinylcholine. (He wanted to marry his mistress but didn't want to split their six million fortune). He almost got away. The case was reopened because somebody made a fuss.

Then there was Mark Fuhrman's book on the Martha Moxley case that was crucial in reopening the case.

Yes, the soda can fingerprints would be important evidence also. The lack of fingerprints would not exclude suspicion, however. Or, the delivery cup, etc. could've been tossed. I just would like more forensic evidence and I don't know if it exists.

Not familiar with Chapman. I thought Rohypnol (roofies) and GHB were the most commonly used date-rape drugs and that CH was an antique.

Moe mentions KE in his Greta interview on Feb. 27. He mentions they all ate the choc covered strawberries (her fav meal) on Tues, Feb. 6.

Stern: 'Birkhead Has Got His Dates Wrong'

HOLLYWOOD - Anna Nicole Smith's longtime companion and lawyer, Howard K. Stern, has challenged the tragic model's ex-boyfriend over claims he's her daughter's biological father, insisting his dates don't add up.

Filing an appeal in the Bahamas-based DNA battle for paternity of baby Dannielynn, Stern claims his love rival, Larry Birkhead, can't be the father.

In his affidavit, the lawyer reveals Birkhead and Smith's romance ended "well before the preceding 280th day (pregnancy period) from the birth of Dannielynn Howard Marshall Stern."

Stern, who is named as the baby's father on her birth certificate, also insists that, despite claims to the contrary, his late girlfriend never "resided" with Birkhead at his California home.

Stern's appeal will be presented in court on Monday.

Anna Nicole Smith was with her son Daniel Wayne Smith when he died suddenly in a hospital in the Bahamas. CNN reports that seemingly out of nowhere, the inquest that was supposed to start in the Bahamas was put on hold. And that happened after a jury was already picked, a jury made up of seven women and no men. CNN correspondent Rusty Dornin told 'Showbiz Tonight' that judge Roger Gomez had high hopes that this was going to go forward, and he empanelled a jury.

Dornin: "It was to go forward with seven women; it was luck of a draw. He had a cardboard box that said jury raffle on it and he picked the first seven names that came. He asked them as a group if they were impartial, if they had any connections to Anna Nicole Smith or her son. They said no. They sat down."

But Howard K. Stern's attorney argued there's no way the judge is not allowed to question jurors. That's against their constitution. So now they have turned it over to the Supreme Court for a hearing, so he had to excuse those jurors and tell them that they would be contacted again in a couple of weeks. So it's on hold at least until April 11.

Stern wants a questionnaire for the jurors and remember - he has not been charged with anything. Chief Magistrate Gomez had previously rejected the motion for a jury questionnaire, saying there was no provision for one in the Bahamian legal code. He also questioned its value.

"In my opinion, no matter how many questions you put to a potential juror it boils down to the integrity of the individual juror," Gomez said. "I don't see how you are going to find a juror anywhere in the world that has not heard about this case." But the judge rolled over for Stern, in what many now believe is nothing more than a kangaroo court.

Now Stern won out and no one is looking into if there was any foul play in the death of Anna's son. Daniel Smith died September 10 as he visited his mother three days after she gave birth in a Nassau hospital to her daughter, Dannielynn.

Authorities say he died from a lethal combination of drugs, including methadone and antidepressants, but an inquest was convened to determine whether the death was accidental, suicide or perhaps even a homicide. But we'll likely never know.

Cruise Ship Bomb Threat Was a Hoax

A phony bomb threat forced nearly 3,000 passengers and crew members to evacuate a Carnival Cruise Lines ship shortly before it was scheduled to leave Florida for the Bahamas.

Coast Guard and Brevard County sheriff's officers spent two hours searching the ship Thursday before determining the threat was a hoax.

"We did a sweep in accordance with security procedure," said Coast Guard Lt. Carol Swinson.
