Thanks for that link to send an email question to Anna -- she said yesterday she was basically overwhelmed with emails for questions for Perper - like nothing she has ever seen----am watching Greta now - hearing that Stern filed an appeal in the paternity ruling - based on a technicality - stinking lawyers.......

Stern's team certainly know their technicalities while the other Attorneys so far have showed NO SUCH expertise.

Yes, Virgie is still fighting. As best she can. She doesn't have the stable full of technicality skilled laywers that Stern has with the money has made off of Anna and Daniel.....but she does have the power of prayer!!! And she has the truth and justice on her side. I just pray that she will have the strength to hold up .......

By appealing the DNA swab, Stern has just proved to the world that there wasn't a snow balls chance in hell that he EVER slept with Anna..

I would not go so far as to say that spectre. Anna probably would not know whether she slept with Stern or not as spaced out as she was at times.

Why is ANYONE surprised that he APPEALED - most of us knew he would appeal. Just because he appealed does not mean that he will win his appeal.

Ratings for five major celebrity news shows ("Access Hollywood," "Entertainment Tonight," "Extra," "Inside Edition" and "The Insider") all increased in February compared to the previous month, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Both "Inside Edition" and "Entertainment Tonight," for example, drew their biggest audiences since February 2004, following Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" at the Super Bowl, according to Nielsen.

Entertainment Tonight said it didn't pay for interviews and declined to discuss how much money it spent chasing the story, adding "we license footage and materials, a standard practice for news organizations."

If Howard Stern loses custody of Dannilyn and her inheritance, his lawyers are going to jump ship on their own.

He doesn't have the money to pay all his legal fees even today, much less in the future.

He could end up being "sued" himself...grins.
