Yes, Virgie is still fighting. As best she can. She doesn't have the stable full of technicality skilled laywers that Stern has with the money has made off of Anna and Daniel.....but she does have the power of prayer!!! And she has the truth and justice on her side. I just pray that she will have the strength to hold up .......

If Howard loses the Marshall case, how is he going to pay all these high price lawyers? The man can't make an honest living. Didn't he testify that when he was working as an attorney, he only made $12,000 @year? I know he's been spending ANS's money, and I don't know why the court doesn't freeze all her accounts until this is settled.
