Larry got court permission with the caveat that Stern had the right to appeal up until April 3, 2007. Howard has appealed within the court allowed time frame. Larry has no more right to have the results made public now than you or I do. He will have to wait for further court rulings.

Of course you are correct - it just seems that the test results are what they are. If Larry cannot present them to secure custody of Dannielyn - what other use would they have? Just put them out there and let public opinion start to work out the details.
