Assuming the funds are substantial, There are FEDERAL TAX LAWS involved here.
Anna might have started talking about making Danny her Executor at age 21 and Dannie Lynn's Guardian. The one person she would be discussing EVERYTHING with would more than likely be KE. (Little did Anna know).
In fact, Howard was on the phone with someone when a new will was brought up. I don't remember, but I'll bet the conversation was with KE. Whoever it was said they were in the process of making their new will and that's why they were thinking of Anna.
It does. So do hormones which is why I get it in the rear.
That's probably why it was removed, too revealing about a lot of things.
The parliamentary election is in May.

Inquest into Daniel’s Death Underway; Smith to Testify?

The inquest into the death of Daniel W. Smith began Tuesday and has already been stalled.
Tuesday morning, the official inquest into the death of Daniel W. Smith began. The witness list, released Monday, has sparked a lot of interest as it lists Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, two former nannies who overheard Smith accusing Stern of causing Daniel's death, and most interesting of all, Anna Nicole Smith herself.
In all, nearly 40 witnesses are scheduled to testify at the inquest. Despite Smith's own death in early February, she will testify via the police statement she made following Daniel's death.
The inquest is meant to determine whether or not Daniel's death was an accident or a homicide and the decision is normally left to a jury to decide. Today was to be the beginning of jury selection. However, Howard K. Stern's attorney, Wayne Munroe, has already challenged the use of the jury in this particular case.
The court decided to take another day to make a decision on the issue raised by Munroe and plans to resume the inquest Thursday.

We've seen his attorney's publically threaten the media and as a result TMZ has rolled into pussycats...
WHAT IF HKS has threatened Larry to say Daniel used drugs or he will see to it HKS never gets custody of Dannielynn.
He said some Methadone allegedly disappeared after Daniel had some friends over. It could have been taken by one or more of the friends (you know how some kids are) or it could have been taken away by Daniel to dispose of it.
Anna could have been mistaken about any medications taken. She might have taken the medicine and forgot she'd taken it.
We were interrupted by a repairman right as she came on... can you give a synopsis? I was afraid Ashley would roll over for Sanchez.

What!!! Where was the crime scene investigation? Don't they take clothing into evidence when there is a mysterious death in the Bahamas?
