We know a lot of people are/were very afraid of HKS.
We've seen his attorney's publically threaten the media and as a result TMZ has rolled into pussycats...
WHAT IF HKS has threatened Larry to say Daniel used drugs or he will see to it HKS never gets custody of Dannielynn.
The two people who have most to fear from HKS are LB and Virgie.
I don't think LB can risk being caught lying under oath because of the detrimental effect it would have on custody of DL.
I saw a brief clip yesterday where he responded to a reporter's inquiry that he was just going to tell the truth. He said if it helps OK or if not (shrugging shoulders). . . he was just there for Daniel (not exact - but close)

I wondered the same thing since LB has offered to testfy...he wasn't required to. In fact, as we know, he wanted to be back in the US by now.
I have a feeling that he has been visiting Dannielynn while in Nassau. An interviewer asked him a day or two ago if he's seeing the baby, and he said he couldn't comment on that. But he had a slight smile on his face.
Yes I am sure Howie threatened Larry - which is one reason Larry has lost all that weight and is 'sressed' - and then today Stern files his appeal on the paternity hearing.....maybe Larry B found the inner strength to tell Stern NO DEAL again. God bless him if so.
