I wondered the same thing since LB has offered to testfy...he wasn't required to. In fact, as we know, he wanted to be back in the US by now.
I have a feeling that he has been visiting Dannielynn while in Nassau. An interviewer asked him a day or two ago if he's seeing the baby, and he said he couldn't comment on that. But he had a slight smile on his face.
I hope he doesn't accept any food or drinks from HK$! It'll be another accidental and unfortunate death. /sarc
