Anna might have started talking about making Danny her Executor at age 21 and Dannie Lynn's Guardian. The one person she would be discussing EVERYTHING with would more than likely be KE. (Little did Anna know).
In fact, Howard was on the phone with someone when a new will was brought up. I don't remember, but I'll bet the conversation was with KE. Whoever it was said they were in the process of making their new will and that's why they were thinking of Anna.
