What ever happened to that 'report' that she was seen by a hotel employee drinking shots at the bar on Wednesday night? Has that ever been confirmed or denied? It doesn't sound likely, given her state at the time...but I wonder if this story wasn't 'put out there' by HKS and co. to show that she was FINE and HEALTHY on Wednesday, but then she took 'too much medicine' and it killed her???

I think Stern saying she had a 'rough night' means SHE DIDN'T DIE LIKE WE EXPECTED HER TO! Maybe she was seizing and trashing...but didn't DIE like she was supposed to do....therefore, he had to give her something to 'relax her and calm her down'...to HELP her go about DYING...like she was SUPPOSED TO DO earlier!!
Also, ANS went to the hospital when she was pregnant (per Larry Birkhead). I'm not sure WHY she went to the hospital at that particular time, but Larry Birkhead stated that she called him and she told him that 'baby was OK', and he (LB) gave the impression that she wanted to 'detox' or get off drugs for the sake of the baby (although it seems that HKS was more than willing to 'sabotage' those efforts!). So, my question is this...how is that Anna ended up at a HOSPITAL WITH HKS when he has asserted that she did not like hosptials and that everyone around her should NOT call 911 per her request??? How did she end up in a hospital 'literally' a month before she left LA for the Bahamas?? Especially since Anna WOULD NEVER WANT to go to a hospital under any circumstances...esp in LA where the 'media' is ever-present?? I personally think she went to the hospital for something that 'scared' her about the pregnancy and she was possibley quite lucid at that time and she really wanted to do the right thing for her and Larry's baby. Unfortunately, the presense of HKS made that impossible. And I also believe that this trip to the hospital and 'attempt to get clean' is what pushed Howard over the edge. He may have realized that not only was ANS in love and trying to get her life together, BUT she also was carrying yet ANOTHER 'blood relative' that would be an heir to the Marshall money....that he, himself, had fought so hard for......I guess the rest is history....
Excuse me if this question has already been discussed. But did they find containers for all the drugs in Anna Nicole's system? Could her parents request that the FBI get involved? I too am sick and tired of the rich being treated differently.

I don't know about containers for each of the meds.
I suppose that if the FBI aren't already involved, then her parents might be able to request it.

Welcome to the ANS Thread...just to let you know how we work....we gossip, we speculate, we poke fun at, and generally opine in any way we choose about the cast of characters in this case. However, doing so, does not interfere with our ability to research and find evidence in support of the facts of this case. Group-thinking, out loud, in any form, has, IMO, resulted in our ability to 'connect the dots' and discovery of very important and factual information relative to this case. And generally, we are not critical of each other's opinions and methods.

She had scars on both sides according to the report. It was either on NG or GVS where they asked Perper how a righthanded person could inject themselves in the left buttocks. He kind of stammered around and said it could be possible to use your left hand to do it. AND, he said it didn't matter to him who gave her that injection as it wasn't his job as coroner to determine that. [paraphrasing that by memory]

There are too many shortcomings in our justice system. JonBennet's murder was bungled by investigators and the DA; Mike Nifong's actions were atrocious and yet the lacrosse players still face charges; Johnny Sutton going after the Border Patrol agents is beyond comprehension, and Sutton is getting away with it; and now we have Dr. Joshua Perper who lives in a fantasy world (assuming he has no connection to Howard Stern) with his babble. One need not be a ME or some kind of expert to recognize the flaws in Dr. Perper's thinking.
Not the first time the ME has come to the wrong conclusion. The death of marine Todd Sommer in 2002 was at first found to be natural causes. But a year or two later a test was performed that discovered he was poisoned. His wife was convicted this year.
There is likely another communication for that fax because SOMEONE had to say: Hey, send me...you can fax it to...
And there's normally a cover sheet with either a typed or handwritten date.
Wills are not normally sent via fax. They are usually via overnight mail.

I don't think she was being de-toxed for the purpose of her going straight...I think they wanted it out of her system because Danny had it in his and Howard had wanted to be able to say that...After Danny died, she wanted to go straight...She blamed herself. That's matches the 5 month court statement.

P.S. I looked up a methadone withdrawal case. Fever 104-106. Flu symptoms. I think they were merely trying to get the sh** out of her system before she died....so it didn't match Daniel's cr**. Anna didn't know what the sh** was going on.
