I guess I am still stunned by Dr. Joshua Perper's stupidity, senility, or "conflict of interest" in labeling the death "accidental." Didn't he also get his sons or some relatives positions in Florida?
Shades of OJ and a miscarriage of justice. The Bahamas have now a good chance to make us look bad if they handle Daniel's death properly. I hope Mark Fuhrman will write a book. That for sure would make Dr. Perper and Tiger look like idiots and expose what appears to be a cover up.
I also thought it was interesting that Dr. Perper said that when he checked HKS's computer there was loving emails back and forth. Well, HKS could have sent them to himself...all you have to know is Anna's password get on her email and send you a message...to Howard's. That is absolutely no proof at all that they were from Anna. It was said before he had Anna's password.

Some of this is new - but mainly, who is Capt Eric Dickson? Is that the "unnamed man" from the hotel?
That's what I was going by, too - what y'all said you saw on TV - the man who said he was just a few feet from the car when he got the call.
It was on a cable show or local FL, because I didn't see it.
Apparently, there are metabolites or something...can't remember exactly what he said...but there is something the body produces in "reaction" to the chloral hydrate. That is what is found as a "tell" that chloral hydrate has been recently ingested or whatever.
And I had the man's name as Ned Bruck, the manager - but others had a man named Todd Smith, who was a salesman.
I know nothing at all about the V&G Yachtworks - were they the ones doing the decorating and drapes and outfitting the new canopies and canvas?

any dates and times on those emails? HK$ and ANS were always glued together. Do you email the person in the next room? Did they have 2 computers where this would make sense?

HKS is trying to get them to alter the jury selection process. He then asked the court to toss the press out during the discussion.

And yet, she had her baby in a hospital last September and went to the hospital for 3 days on Halloween thru Nov 2 for pneumonia!
Court TV is just ripping Howard! Love it!
Did Sanchez know Anna? When you hear her speak about "anyone who knew Anna"...She is obviously laying down the talking points and the answers for why didn't they take Anna to the hospital. She can almost see her trying to remember what she is supposed to say.
One thing that does bother me while following this yellowblack brick road.
After hearing last night that after Bahamas Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez hears the issues and witnesses regarding the matter of Daniel's death, then it is passed on to the Bahamas Attorney General.
And who is the Bahamas Attorney General? Known other than Allyson MAYNARD-GIBSON!
Who is Allyson Maynard-Gibson? Does she have ties or relations with King Eric and David Shane Gibson?
Is Allyson Maynard-Gibson married into that Gibson's family?
Inquiring minds want to know?

Court House used to be hotel...seats for 65. CourtTV guy is right by the judge's bench.
Those with interested parties stood up. Billy Smith, Daniel's father, has representation at the inquest.
When I get up to the end of the thread, or more towards it, anyway, I want to point out some of the glaring places where it's obvious HKS didn't answer the questions, most likely on "advice of the atty" Sanchez or whoever it was.
It just reminded me so much of Lin Wood sitting at Patsy Ramsey's elbow during her "cooperative" questioning by the special master in the JonBenet case, doing some depositions. "Don't answer that, Patsy." "No, my client won't answer that." "Asked and answered, move on." (Even when it hadn't been.) On and on with the runaround and no answers at all.
Larry Birkhead...called and said that he wanted to testify and the judge said ok. Virgie Arthur asked to do the same and was denied.
Apparently if you aren't subpoened to testify, you can call in and let the judge know that you have pertinent information and may be allowed...as in Larry's case.
That is about the lamest crap I have heard (although there have been a multitude of lame crappy excuses throughout this saga).
If that is the case then perhaps ANS and some others should have considered a different profession.
