Court House used to be hotel...seats for 65. CourtTV guy is right by the judge's bench.
Those with interested parties stood up. Billy Smith, Daniel's father, has representation at the inquest.
Larry Birkhead...called and said that he wanted to testify and the judge said ok. Virgie Arthur asked to do the same and was denied.
Apparently if you aren't subpoened to testify, you can call in and let the judge know that you have pertinent information and may be allowed...as in Larry's case.
