No, as far as losing the Marshall case ... she lost it in TX after that 2001 trial. It's over here, completely. JOQ might wanna try to fix that, but it's deader than JHM at this point.
She filed in 1996 because of the $850,000 judgment she had against her from the Cerrato case. But what happened was, the judge decided she couldn't file for bankruptcy when she had that Marshall case as a potential payoff. (This was around 1998-99 or so whenever the judge decided that - pre-2001, anyway.)
So, to make that potential Marshall "inheritance" go away as an asset, she stopped all the other TX mini-suits they had started against the estate - and consolidated all their efforts into the court fight in CA. That judge had "given" her half of JHM's fortune! It was crazy. It wasn't even pro-rated for the small amount of time they were married, which would've been normal - any profit he made while they were married.
So, two more rounds of fighting with Pierce then - and several layers of court actions overturning that ridiculous "award" and then a set-aside in another fight directly with Pierce and his portion - which was the whole ball of wax, actually, by this time.
Then a reduction in the award down to the normal pro-rated "amount of PROFIT" JHMII made while married to her - $44 million. But that bankruptcy judge added punitive damages to double it to $88 million - then that was appealed. It wasn't enough for her!
It was set aside on appeal - as was the fine levied against her for the lawsuits her atty filed (defamation and such - which Pierce also sued her for and won - that was when she was to pay the fine and court costs, but didn't because the whole thing was set aside on appeal).
So, Kent Richland took her appeal to the SCOTUS and Dubya sent some of his guys in to reinforce the Fed gov't's jurisdiction over state's portion of will probates.
Except this wasn't a will probate at all - never was. Wasn't really even a will contest. It was just "What Anna Wanted." And the main thing "Anna Wanted" was to be out from under that judgment and all her other bills. This was still a bankruptcy case.
Anyway, they threw it back to her and the last I saw was the visit to the mediator in December in SF at 9th Circuit, when Shane Gibson placed all those calls to her. There was no reporting on what actually took place in court.
Theoretically, she, I mean her real attorneys, should be in the middle of the newest round, hoping to get more than the $88 million that was canceled out before. I don't think it will happen.
I thought that what Ford was referring to was the fact that she had told them that Larry was the father and just that she didn't want him to have any part of raising the baby. She may have told them that he had threatened to get custody...
They have stated that ANS told them that Larry was the daddy.
Diana was disbarred.

It's remarkable you haven't experienced major burn-out hearing about ANS antics from day one. I barely knew who she was until Daniel died, and even then had only a fleeting interest.

How about this?
Anna has been a burr in the Marshalls' saddle for a long time. The legal quagmire has all been about the Marshall's money and I expect the Marshalls would like to keep it "in the family".
Was KE sent to the circle by the Marshall family?
KE most certainly understands the mechanics of psychiatric/suggestion therapy.
Did KE work on HK$' mental weaknesses first - after observing his obsession with ANS and her revulsion of him?
Then, with HK$' acquiescence, did KE turn her skills on Anna?

KE is a California girl and I have this image of KE as the ugly old witch in Snow White. (Hardly beach material)
I have this image of Howard being the Prince who makes her rise again...via (I'll get you Marshall's money for you).
I have this gut feeling that Howard and Anna's "relationship" goes back to his pre-attorney years (but they hadn't actually met) when he was hanging with the strange folks at Berkeley and UCLA. We don't know WHERE he hung out or with whom. And maybe Howard knew KE from years ago. We really know very little about KE and what type of groups she hung with.
What I do think, is that Howard was always a predator...I think we call it a Psycho and there's good reason to believe that he's a serial killer.
I noticed that his parents have said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (that I know of). Usually, parents are screaming....Like the Duke parents screamed or even use Peterson's parents for an example.
Maybe it's time to see how much laundering the Stern folks did...Even though they're probably totally innocent and didn't realize they were part of an elaborate schemeP>It's HOWARD and KE...and there's some OLD tie they have other than Anna IMHO.
MSNBC had an exclusive this morning with Larry Birkhead. I do not believe there was any mention of Dannielynn being rushed to the hospital this weekend.

Most of them probably do have penny slots. BUT to play all lines usually 100 or 200 it would cost you $1.00 or $2.00 a pull (push of the button) to play a minimum amount if you played all lines. Penny and Nickle slots have become a big money maker for the casinos.
I do agree that KE & HK$ are in cahoots. Couldn't figure out - and we have not found a college or professional pairing of these two anywhere. There is a 2 decade age difference.
Unless, HK$ was her patient at some point in time and they stayed in touch.
If that's the case, he probably confided in her everything about ANS...She then becomes the vice-puppeteer.

There must be one wise judge someplace in the Bahamas.
She was Howard's therapist?? That rocks. Maybe we have to look at the relationship of the STERN FAMILY to KE to find the connection.
