Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I'm just skeptical about that body of hers. She doesn't seem like the type to exercise so she would have to have some liposuction and a body lift. I'm also thinking she would have to get her boobs adjusted. With the weightloss they would be hanging. No one is as taut as she was without a little help.

A paternity test to determine whether Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn Hope, is expected to be ordered on March 16, an attorney for Mr Birkhead said on Monday.
Emerick Knowles, the Bahamian attorney for Mr Birkhead, said that in an upcoming court date on the 16th, he anticipates that a paternity order will be one of the issues that will be "dealt with".
"An order hasn't been made yet in the Bahamian courts but I expect on the 16 March under the Status of Children Act 2002," Mr Knowles said. "[We] anticipate tissue samples for paternity test to be taken, which will include DNA."
Mr Knowles' comments came after the attorney for Ms Smith's estate, Wayne Munroe, said the battle over Dannielynn could have been finalized by now had Birkhead followed the advice given to him last year to come to The Bahamas and do a paternity test.
"Last year October, beginning of November, I filed a declaration in California to show that he could have a test here," Mr Munroe said. "He never came to The Bahamas to seek a test, (until recently)."
When asked why he thought Mr Birkhead took so long to come to The Bahamas, he said: "I suspect that they now come because Anna is dead."
However, Mr Knowles pointed out that Mr Birkhead had an earlier hearing in a California Court in January for tissues samples to be taken for paternity testing, but, "Ms [Smith] refused to comply with the order."
He said there was a subsequent order in California on the 7 February for tissue samples to be taken, however, Ms Smith died on 8 February and then, once again, there was another order for tissue samples to be taken.
A Broward County Court last week ordered that Ms Smith's tissue samples be delivered to Dr Michael Baird.
"The court hearing has appointed him to receive and to do the analysis and we will be nominating him," Mr Knowles said.
Mr Munroe said Birkhead should be first to take the test, explaining: "If I had custody of my children and you claim that you are the father -- I don't have to take the test, you would have to take the test."
"He (Birkhead) is focusing on all persons other than him. But he needs to take the tests. He is making all the claims," Munroe said.
Last week, a "procedural" hearing took place with all persons vying for custody included, expect Mr Stern, who sent a legal representative.
According to Mr Munroe, all that happened in the courtroom was procedure based. He pointed out that there were procedural time limits and states that it could last up to 16 days.
"What happens next is the court does what the court does when it deal with procedures. It is not a matter that simple and straightforward," he explained.
>>>Stern graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994. Stern already has 2 children, Eliza and Rendle from his only previous marriage to Daphne Waldron which ended in 2002.
Where the hell is she? - How did he pay his child support all these years? - Did he pay his child support at all? - Did he visit his children at all?>>>
WHAT????
This is incredible news (I mean that literally, I don't believe it and want to know the source). That is crazy because it means he left his wife and kids to do the show and not be anywhere but right next to ANS's side 24/7. Not to mention he has been her 'best friend' since 1996??
I just don't believe this at all.
I really think that Anna wanted the benefits of a wedding, Sticking it to Birkhead and the money they got from the pictures, but didn't want to be legally saddled with Killa Kevin.
Lawyer to seek Stern's eviction

When he presents his case before Supreme Court Justice Anita Allen on Wednesday, March 14, prominent Bahamian lawyer Godfrey "Pro" Pinder will argue that the house that Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K Stern have been occupying since August does in fact belong to his client, G Ben Thompson.
In an exclusive interview with The Freeport News on Sunday, Pinder
explained that his client's purpose at the hearing is to regain possession of the house known as "Horizons," which is located on Bay Street in the Eastern District of New Providence.
According to Pinder, when his client, a close friend of Smith's, found
out that she was interested in moving to The Bahamas to have her baby and to escape the media frenzy in the United States, he offered her his house.
Thompson then searched for the house, bought it and had his lawyers
draw up the papers for it in her name, because although he was in possession, he wanted to have her purchase the house eventually.
The house, purchased by Thompson for $900,000, was put in Smith's name pending her signing of a mortgage and a promissory note. The mortgage and promissory note was for $950,000 since Thompson had made repairs to the house and provided Smith with maids, gardeners and other services.
Pinder claims that after this agreement was made, Smith declined to
sign the mortgage or promissory note.
"Well, in law once you do not sign those documents, you do not own the house. She never signed the mortgage so she was living in the house without any kind of ownership, but merely at the sufferance of the owner," Pinder explained. "She is called a tenant of sufferance, meaning she was just there at his will and whenever he wanted her to leave, she would leave."
Unfortunately, Smith died in Florida, on February 8 after collapsing in
her hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Citing the Latin maxim "Nemo dat quad nemo habet," Pinder explained that, according to law, if you do not have anything, you have nothing to give.
"So even though she has a will, she cannot include the property in the
will because she did not have it in the first place," Pinder reasoned.
When Smith declined to honor the agreement, Thompson then instructed the liquidator to put the property in his name and had his lawyers registerd the property.
Pinder maintains that since this action has been taken, it would be
difficult to prove that Smith, and now Stern, has any real legal claim
to the property.
Pinder has put in a caveat on behalf of his client, which is a warning
to Stern's counsel that if any claims are filed, Pinder must be notified
first.
"When I go to court on Tuesday, I will be asking that the court find
that the action does not survive the deceased, in accordance with the
Survivor of Action Act Chapter 79," said Pinder. "I will also ask the court to find the deceased and therefore the deceased's estate never had either legal or equitable title to the land. She was merely a tenant at sufferance and anybody who takes from her would take as tenants of sufferance and therefore the persons living in the house should not be allowed to be there."
Pinder says that he will request a writ of possession, which would
order Howard K. Stern to vacate the premises and would give possession to G. Ben Thompson.
Weighing in on the custody battle surround Smith's daughter,
Dannielynn, Pinder says that although Howard K. Stern's name is on the birth certificate, the problem is that where Stern's signature should have been, the lawyer Dion Smith Jr put his name.
"In America, the lawyer puts his name there, but in The Bahamas either a parent, someone who witnessed the birth, the midwife, or someone who lives in the house where the baby was born must sign there," explained Pinder.
"He is using American law in The Bahamas. That makes the birth
certificate defective. If the other lawyers pick up on it, then they could have that struck out and ask that a new birth certificate be ordered to be made with the father. They can ask that a DNA test be ordered to show who the father is."
Referring to Vergie Arthur's claim to guardianship, which she says she wants because she believes the child is in danger, Pinder explains that Bahamian law generally says that one may get guardianship of a child, from anyone, even the parents, if the child's life is in danger. Arthur has to prove this, though, says Pinder.
The paternity matter is currently before Justice Steven Issacs and has
been adjourned to March 16.
When asked about his thoughts on how the whole matter surrounding
Smith's time in The Bahamas has impacted the country, Pinder said he believed it has brought some good and some bad.
According to Pinder, the good includes the massive publicity that The
Bahamas has received, which he believes is positive for tourism.
"You couldn't pay for the publicity that The Bahamas has gotten," said
Pinder. "It has brought some good work for some people the taxi
drivers, the hotels, etcetera. Financially, it's a boon."
Pinder feels that the bad involves the fact that it might have
reflected negatively on the moral value of the country.
"It is written that one should not mix God with manna, manna being most material things," said Pinder. "It also shows the seven deadly sins, the greed, avarice, jealousy and all the rest, that's mixed up in this."

Thanks for that pic...Yummy ..yummy!!
I didn't see it blurred out - it was Virgie giving Anna Nicole a hot smoochie lips mouth kiss - a mama kiss. About when ANS was ... hmmm, I don't know ... younger, anyway, but an adult.
Thanks for this info and for the paternity article. Pinder is on the ball!
Thanks for this info and for the paternity article. Pinder is on the ball!
There were quite a few shots that showed something that was blurred..and I presume it was the picture because it happened right after they showed her putting the picture on the casket.. But a couple of times I saw the picture..so maybe it was something else that was blurred.
hot smoochie lips...that term is copyrighted. Please send $6.66 for it usage to one Mr. Howard K. Stern.
I don't agree that she wanted to stick it to Birkhead at all. I think she wanted to get married, but to Birkhead.
Knowing that was Anna's "wish", Stern killed her. That's my opinion at this stage. And who is Killa Kevin?
Status of Children Act 2002
http://laws.bahamas.gov.bs/statutes/statute_CHAPTER_130.html
KK is Stern. Kevin is his middle name. She was already sticking it to Birkhead. She was fighting him on the paternity testing. She had Stern going on TV saying he was Dannielynn's father. Everything she was doing was to get the public believing that Birkhead was nuts and that Howie was the love of her life. Remember initially Stern was saying that she and Larry were not that close. After all the pics showed up he had to backtrack. If she wanted to get married to Larry she would have stayed in Cali and gotten off of the drugs. Stern and Anna said horrible stuff about Birkhead on ET before all of this stuff went down. They denied and denied...that's sticking it to Birkhead to me.
We already know the first rule of The Firm.
#1 Nobody leaves The FIRM
Here are 2 more that i submit for your approval:
#2 You don't TALK about The FIRM (to outsiders)
#3 All members of The FIRM must embed the name ANNA in any word where it is appropriate
Any others?
I agree totally - Milstein was a total setup with prejudicial information coming to him from Barth and/or others.
Hmm - Leeds I have only heard of and don't remember anything more than what you have said. Glad whatever he said was scathing.....and Scott - yes he's the Smith Attorney who (I found out today) was handling Daniel's death actions....and then he wasn't paid ....so he quit over money? Somehow I was thinking he had other differences with ANS and Stern.
From what I heard, ANS went and picked up Daniel when she found out Virgie had Daniel's mullet cut. No lie. She was furious.
most of which are running with the story that Howard K Stern Admits He Is Not Father
This is ridiculous.
