Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

2002 was an interesting year for HKS. They were in litigation on the Marshall estate early and in August the Anna Nicole show debuts. In October ANS was sued for $155K by a New York publicity company over unpaid bills and legal fees.

And now we know his marriage ended that year.

Howard didn't write the will but it doesn't mean that he didn't participate in the "nature of the text". Anna wrote the will and you can bet your booties, that Howard was right there when she signed it.

Further, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that he didn't have access to it for the Marshall proceedings. In fact, I'd fire him if he didn't read it before going into a court for millions of dollars which were destined for Daniel. Except, Daniel died under the strangest of circumstances, within a few feet of "The Man Who Lived on Wishes". That SOB watched the kid die.

The judge asked HK$ on the stand about his family background, did he not? I don't remember how he answered now.

I remember that he asked LB, because he asked, "Do you have any children?" and LB said, "Yes, one.....5 months old".

It was one of those "trick" Wikipedia entries, after Daniel died. Somebody just put it up without any references, just made up.

Then someone at CourtTV (the message board) copied it and it went on from there. It's total BS. They took it down from Wiki later.

Just because there was no references posted on Wiki does not mean it is BS. It was probably taken down Wiki because the info could not easily be verified online.
