Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
"She controlled her life. Her opinions were her opinions, and her judgment wasn't clouded by anything, she was wonderful and she was kind. To me she was perfect. ... She lived her life in a fishbowl and fought with one of the richest men in the world, all the way to the Supreme Court, and she was publicly ridiculed every day. ..."
First of all, I ask again, which one of Anna's lawyers is Howie referring to, in this "eulogy". Secondly although the press likes to point to everyone in this mess besides Howard Stern, as being obsessed with money, look what he said in this eulogy. Howie was obsessed with the Marshall money, and saw his role as noble......he consistently describes Marshall as "the richest man in the world". He did twice in the 2002 Larry King interview, amazingly he does it during Anna's eulogy. It's like he sees himself as Robinhood....taking from the rich, and giving to the poor. (The problem is he is the "poor" ---unambitious grifter.)
Another story the FIRM was not able to solve. Sort of like this one, we all know who is guilty just not how exactly.

Yes, Stern was having to deal with Anna carrying Larry Birkhead's baby.....and, from the reports we have seen, he was dealing with the fact that Anna was not romantically inclined towards him. It was only in her drug induced, grief induced haze that she agreed to (was talked into) that "commitment" ceremony. More motive.
Wow, before I die, I want to make sure that I know what people want and I give it to them, or that I make sure to make myself the center of attention in every room, so that other celebrities will bow down to me.

Easy enough to get rid of him - he was only GAL for Anna's burial. He's out of the picture, from a legal standpoint, now.

If it turns out to be what Wecht is saying, that it was "viral pneumonia," it will definitely be hinky.

And don't you know the Marshall family was sooo thrilled to see half of J. Howard's ashes in an urn being held by some strange bodyguard named Moe, splashed all over TV worldwide?
See, I think Elaine Marshall should sue to have Anna exhumed and those ashes returned to TX. J. Howard sure "wouldn't have wanted" to have half of him buried in The Bahamas!
Could "her lawyer" be the one who resigned - Scott? Don't remember his first name. He was interviewed several times since Anna's death. I can't remember all he said - but he was involved with Anna during the time after Daniel's death, I thought. Then he resigned from her employ. Differences expressed but Scott did not go into detail about what those differences were, I didn't think. Maybe they are damaging, don't remember.
Saw where "yet another" attorney quit on him just recently.
Is there poison that is totally untraceable and would cause death in less than two hours?

He is the only one of Anna's attorneys that went off the Stern reservation. I never really heard what Scott said, so I'm surprised HK$ was so obsessed by it. NO ONE crosses Howard.......or they end up dead.

However, if you ever see the footage when the judge awards ANS' body to Dannielynn and the GAL......watch Barth carefully. First of all, she let's out a CHEER, and get's admonished by the judge that "it's not a happy day".......but then watch her. Her eyes go immediately to Milstein, and she is nodding up and down. She is quite sure what he will do.....looked like collusion to me.
I think he meant Lenard Leeds, who *was* ANS's lawyer on the Marshall estate dealings, from about the time Stern *claims* to have been.
Leeds gave an interview to the Long Island Press right after she died and it was pretty scathing. He had represented her until about 4 years ago, as I understand it.
Here are examples i found about an untraceable poison. This one called botulitum toxin. These were two ideas they had for killing Castro (allegedly) with it:
# Inject an untraceable poison, botulinum toxin, into selections of Castro's favorite brand of cigars and present the poisoned cigars to him
# Compress the poison into pill form and dissolve it into a drink for Castro
Cigars, eh? Nice way to celebrate a baby's birth. Or ut the poison in a drink, eh? (a 711 coke, or Wendy's whichever)
