(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.
In their first interviews, they speak to Ed Bradley this Sunday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Here's something about the destruction of those tapes.

Wahneema Lubiano
My Mama gave me a boy's name as my first name. I was not fond of it as a child.
Now I know it could have been worse.
Wahneema?
My God.
I did a transcription of those tapes at the time they were released.
Maybe I can find it.
Herald-Sun is trying to their best to whip up scandal before the election.
You can read that page easily.. and there's one other page you might be able to read on HD or a monitor..
No, it has been reported that she made several phone calls using that phone, so the information on the phone was not lost.
One of the calls was at 12:26 AM to an escort service.
I am glad you are here to explain these things.
I have learned much from you.
and the handwriting is different than the rest of the statement... but I can't say if it's by 2 different people.. The addendum is in script, the rest is printed...
I'll have to view it on my monitor and blow it up... "no pun intended" later...
I know that my comment may have sounded racist, but I truly thought someone actually posted statistics on one of the threads in this case early on. A real rapist is a menace to anybody, black or white, or as my dad used to say purple with pink stripes and yellow polka dots. It's just that I felt the comment about "waltzing" was a little over the top as was the comment about jocks and the public at large being in support of the "boys". It's about right and wrong -- not race, and I guess that's where the writer wound up. I'm somewhat hypersensitive to all this white bashing. I used to be hypersensitive to all the bashing in general, but being white and Christian lately is like having a target on your back.
My God, I read 7 months and thought, oh, it couldn't be that long, but it is. It must seem like 70 years to the boys. I know it did to our family.
Really? That would be great! I don't remember ever seeing what was on them. If I were to guess, I'd say they said things like, "It's CGM again...drunk as usual" or "Better go by and check on the kids, she's passed out again.." Clearly they demonstrate the DPD's lack of confidence in CGM's charges or they would not have been destroyed. Don't think it was an accident, either! After defense had filed a motion to save them, it cannot be said that DPD didn't know not to destroy them.
I know! When I stopped to think about it, it just made me sick.
I have it on YouTube now.
Since you're a certified court reporter, you might notify defense counsel that you have them. Even though you weren't hired to transcribe them, the defense might be able to get them in. All the judge can say is ye, no, or hell no. They'd be helpful to the defense for internal use, at any rate.
Thank you for saying so. That's nice of you.
