these are extroadinarily deep pockets..How much would anyone pay to have their good name restored if one is completely innocent. They don't care about her money.
Hint to DA, next time do not pick on rich white kids with cell phones, bank accounts and parents with deep pockets. Next time if you want to force a plea bargain, pick on some dumb white kids that have no money that you can intimidate.
At one point Kim said she was outside and little princess was inside. My suspicion is that she may have known that little princess might be polishing something other than her nails, and wants to conceal that fact.
Well if you got a lot of money what good is it if everyone thinks your kids are rapist? If you got the money do you want this cloud hanging over your sons head?
They wouldn't, but if they TRIED, it would mean they were trying to conceal something and Murphy would make sure they were caught. Throwing it in the nearest trashcan would definitely be the best option.
One doesn't have to be around a stripper, or in a risky situation to have FALSE ACCUSATIONS LOBBED against them. A number of men I know won't be alone with children; must always have another witness present "just in case". There's been an epidemic going on in our country of females doing the "false accusation" thing. Clarence Thomas. Robert Bork. Tom Delay. Police Chiefs. Firefighters. Doctors. Dentists. Priests. Fortune 500 guys. Football players. Boxers. Basketball players. Fathers who don't want to be divorced nor parted from their children.
That's an interesting scenario and entirely possible.
There are many reasons. One of them is many black women do better then black men financially, since many black men are either in jail or on parole. It's a tragedy that many black men don't want the many good black women there are. The ironic thing is the out of wedlock birthrate for blacks was MUCH less in the days of Jim Crow than it is now. That said, there are many middle-class black families I see when eating out with my family (nice places for holdiays). One time I was kind of shocked, since I was still a liberal, and thought it odd (since I believed that blacks were still being "held back"). Contrary to what Mr Jackson says, many blacks are doing well. Not all, but it's a much different world from the 50s or 60s.
and i have heard quite a few experts, including Judge Napolitano on Fox, state that the lack of DNA evidence was indeed extremely damaging to the prosecutions case. so you choose to believe the stripper despite the inconsistencies and improbabilities. fine.
I think Kim knows a whole lot more than she's saying...She's already been caught in too many lies to be credible.

Unfortunately, the DA probably only mouthed off in front of the "bad guys" or brown nosers in the department.
I had a friend who was offered the DA assistant job after college. He didn't take it because "You couldn't tell the good guys from the bad guys".
I meant sue the DA for defamation. He called them rapists.
Too many lies....And no one has even mentioned a lie detectors test. Most victims are willing to take the test.
