Perpetual gloom is available in the nether regions below the castle. No, no, that's all wrong. You need perpetual gloom outside, with at least a pleasant light mist wafting down from the dark grey skies to moisten your upturned face (and beard, if you have one).
Then it would be perfect. Seattle without the shrieking liberals.

A dissertation is basically a really long paper. I have to write one to get my PhD degree. There are two parts to a dissertation: the proposal and the actual dissertation. Right now I'm working on my proposal, which says what I want to do for my study and justifies doing it. Once I get that okayed, then I can work on the study.

Just put the Twelve Nuclear weapons with the others, and store the Eleven tons of nerve gas down in the lower chambers under Darksheare's supervision. It could be helpful for controlling the help.
I'm afraid the Ten nuclear submarines are simply superfluous. How about selling them to Israel?
The rest of the items should fit in stores with no problem.

Would they be "applicable" to this particular situation? If so, I'll let you wear my handcuffs while I "torture" the secrets from your.....mouth.
