I guess that their big finish was a rendition of "Suicide is painless".

The last thing they had was a mildly amusing fake commercial for Morgan Stanley that I had seen before.

I have it on firm evidence that she is interested in beaux.
Besides, is your French so good that you would be able to converse about politics?

Yes, I am sure that will be sufficient.
But just to be on the safe side, you might revue the recent videos for Moulin Rouge.
"Voulez-vous couchez avec moi, ce soir?" just sounds very romantic, doesn't it? -- I wonder what it means? Something about a couch, I think.

more colloquially, translating the intent rather than the denotation, it is rather more like Chris Rock's "Hey, baby... want some [expletive]?"

Uh-Huh, I knew that
I'm wondering if American GIs, attempting to communicate with their Parly-Voo, did to that what they did to "incre-d'incre" (little by little), which became inky-dinky.
Did "couchez avec" become cootchie-cootchie?
Ask your sister if you get in over your head. She's smart.

She's cute.
But if she says anti-American tripe, one is amazed at hwo quickly she'd cease to appear cute.
