Yeah, Bo's still in. Anwar got the boot last week. This week, Constantine :)

I think you're right. If Slingblade stays after next week, I'm going to stop watching too.
We should all take that pledge!

George was fun to watch. I liked that bouncy thing he always did.
You're right, Scott is definitely not "eye candy". Jazmine was a cutie.

Now that Lt. Dan is out, it throws off all previous predictions. The show is exciting again! Anything could happen. Even a Carrie vs. Fedorov final two. I wouldn't be opposed to that--as long as Carrie wins.

I just went to votefortheworst.com, and at the bottom of the page it has a visitor count. So far only 34000 or so visitors have been to the site. There is no way that small number of people can swing such a huge vote. Maybe there really just are some people who either feel sorry for him or genuinely think he's good.

Anthony is very vanilla. His voice is good, but I wouldn't buy his cd's. He is bland....maybe he can get a little fierceness & move up a notch. I doubt that Anthony is gearing his performance to anyone over 30. He has his own following. I like him. The others seem to have peaked but he gets better each week and that is a plus right about now.

I'd like to see that....Anthony just seems so boring right now. The only performer that s exciting is Bo....and he may be too old to win the younger viewers.

My local Fox station has been doing promotions all evening for their l0:00 news about we've heard the rumors now AI is going to set the record straight. Even though I hate watching the news I may have to to see what they say. Has anybody else heard this?

OK....if Scott stays after next week, repeat after me:
"I.....(insert name)....as a Freeper in good standing, hereby pledge to no longer watch and support American Idol.
It is an insult to our intelligence that someone with such a lack of talent like Scott Savol can continue to be kept on the show while other singers who are much better continue to be voted off.
Until the producers can come up with a more equatable way of voting, I will not support this asinine program."

Freedumb, I hope you taped this. Seeing the shock on everyone's face when Constantine was voted off is something to see.
Paula sure took it hard.

It would be worth millions in CD sales and concerts if Anthony and Carrie were the top two. Did you notice what a cute couple they are? And how refreshing!! Both of them are really fine, natural singers. They don't seem to have wierd hang-ups, inflated egos, or troubled pasts. Two wholesome, fresh faced kids. Yep, I did notice. What more could an immigrant from the Ukraine ask for than to become an American Idol. The American Dream is still alive! And yes they could make a bundle.

That was like Christmas in July :-D I can't stop smiling! (I hear a sooong comin' on)
It's beginning to look a lot like Sling-blade's
In...for...the...long...haul...
His detractors are going berzerk,
Calling him worse than jerk,
While Paula weeps for Tongue-boy,
What a call.
Who knew?
I'm be-gin-ning to see what's up with this mess,
Ev-ry-one will gooooooo
'Cept for Scotty ...we'll know it's hexed
'Cause the voting rules were text
by those cy-ber thugs with phones....
*deep groans*

REALLY? I didn't see any promos about setting the record straight, but I would hope there was some mistake.
To: rampage8
That site likes to claim it is responsible, but I seriously doubt they are having much effect. They took credit for keeping John Stevens in last season, but he had a quirky quality that people liked. So far this season, they have backed Mikayla, Constantine & Janay...so their record sucks.....they only got behind Scott in the past 2 weeks.

I live in the DC area so it could just be my local news. Unfortunately, the news is an hour long so I may have to watch most of it to see what they're talking about.
