Bless her heart. And on top of being a smart gal, she's pretty as a little speckled puppy and sings like a nightengale. She's a red head too.

LOL! It may be impossible to narrow this list down to ten, or even ten thousand.

The remarks didn't seem stupid to me, I just thought you meant finale was too pretentious and I should get down to the nitty gritty and call the end,the end.
Anyhow the ending of Thelma and Louise that I once considered so tragic as to ruin a perfectly good movie-has been promoted to my favorite part of the movie.

We could put it on an endless loop on a website... and charge $100 for people to watch it - we'd be RICH!!!!
;-)
PS.. My step-monster is very much like her. I'm trying to find someone like Geena Davis for her to party with.

No doubt about that.
Not knowing so much about the political persuasion of Geena Davis, is the only thing that spoils my total pleasure at viewing that final scene.

She is an archery champion - which makes me think she likes weapons. And... she keeps her mouth shut about politics - which is something I like in my Hollywood folk!
Either way - it's not bad.

You can't annoint him. He has to go on a vision quest (which requires several days without food which would probably kill him) and have a vision. After that he becomes Chief Horsesass.
Then can we annoint him?

Geena sounds like a good American. That last scene from Thelma and Louise, then, is bitter sweet.

Journalists (actors who read news scripts) belong in a separate category. And politicos who try to recast themselves as impartial anchors so soon out of the White House (like George Stephanopolus) are yet another type of actor altogether.
