I like that video. I LOVE Willie Nelson. Too bad he is a liberal fruit cake, but he is worthy of admiration for his unique voice and talent. Toby Keith is heaven in Wranglers. Did I just say that? Glad DH is in bed asleep already. LOL

Yes, he is black and one of the best country singers around.

Years ago, I heard him on an interview saying that he had a rough time being accepted because the black people wondered why he sounded white and the white people wondered why he was black. I can't remember his exact words but something to the effect ... you look like us and sound like them ... you sound like us and look like them.

Well, I messed that up but hope you understand what I intended to say.

LOL I love the word "racket". It's such a motherly word. That was one of my grandma's favorite words.

I guess I knew he was black but had forgotten it. One of the most shocking things to ever see is a black cowboy at a rodeo. I don't know why that always shocks me. It's nice and I like it, but you don't expect it, you know. They just look so out of place. Maybe that's the way people look at Charlie. Hmmmmm.....

Oh well. You can tell I'm getting tired. I just rambled about nothing.

I just found something else to be thankful for ... I'm not the family dog!!

A BLONDE IS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK, AND GOT CAUGHT IN A REALLY BAD HAILSTORM. HER CAR WAS COVERED WITH SMALL DENTS, SO THE NEXT DAY SHE TOOK IT TO THE REPAIR SHOP. THE OWNER SAW THAT SHE WAS BLONDE, SO HE DECIDED TO HAVE SOME FUN. HETOLD HER JUST TO GO HOME AND BLOW INTO THE TAILPIPE REALLY HARD, AND ALL THE DENTS WOULD POP OUT.

SO, THE BLONDE WENT HOME, GOT DOWN ON HER HANDS AND KNEES AND STARTED BLOWING INTO HER CAR'S TAILPIPE. NOTHING HAPPENED.

SHE BLEW A LITTLE HARDER, AND STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. HER ROOMMATE, ANOTHER BLONDE, CAME HOME FROM WORK AND SAID, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

THE FIRST BLONDE TOLD HER WHAT THE REPAIRMAN HAD INSTRUCTED HER TO BLOW IN THE TAILPIPE IN ORDER TO GET ALL THE DENTS TO POP OUT.

HER ROOMMATE ROLLED HER EYES AND SAID, "HELLLLOOOOOO . . . . YOU GOTTA ROLL UP THE WINDOWS !
