There could also be class action lawsuits - once enough of them are fired.

These folks wanted us jailed for not getting vaxxed. People chose getting fired instead of vax. The left is choosing to get fired instead of staying off facebook. They also wanted to take children away from non Covid vaxxers. And you can find poll after poll of Democrats saying violence is acceptable in political disagreements..over 40%.
Companies have been bullied by left wing crazies and sexual weirdos for years - everything from classes on ‘how NOT to be a racist (a hate white people program) to hire people who are incompetent to DEI HR crackpots... And if not that? How about the Bud Light Treatment?
Companies want to go back to selling excellent products and providing great service and profits.... Even the most evil man on the planet - George Soros - can’t overcome all of that.
The country is finished with democrat bullies and their processional ‘victim hood’ BS. It’s O-VAR
Civility - so simple even a caveman can do it.
GEICO HR needs to provide mandatory, 30-day sensitivity training for hate displayed against Christians and and Conservatives.
Make it an all-employee mandate starting next month.
These companies have probably wanted to fire these people for years.
Victim of every change in policies.
Constant complaining.
Can you imagine how happy some of these employees are to have these coworkers gone?
