This Rev. is not only a bigot, but an ignorant bigot.
Muslims consider Jesus a prophet so I doubt they would be offended by Him, but a homosexual priest may offend them, so perhaps the Rev. Brent Hawkes should remove himself from the church.

He is offensive to me, therefore, to follow his logic, he should get the hell out of the ministry.
I attend an old-fashion, 1950s-style, Pentecostal church. I saw one of these types of “pastors” of the female variety in the local Walmart. I told my wife that I was gonna go introduce myself and talk to her. My wife told me not to go start anything here in the store....lol.
I told my wife: “I’m gonna start it, but the Holy Ghost is gonna finish it.”
I went up to her, very politely and respectfully intoduced myself and asked if she were the pastor of that particular church. She said, “Yes. I am.” I said, “Ya’ll don’t have church on Sunday evenings?” She said, “No. We only have service in the morning on Sundays.”
I said, “Well, I’d like to invite you and your whole congregation to come visit our chruch on Sunday evening as we have a Sunday evening service at 6pm.”
She looked at me kinda odd and said: “What church is that?”
When I told her the name of our church, she literally jumped backwards from me about 3 feet with nothing but hate in her eyes. She said: “YOU people are completely out of touch with mainstream America.”
I said: “Yes! Thank God!!! We are, but my invitation still stands. We’d love to have ya’ll come visit us.”
She said: “Not in this life. Hell will freeze over before any of us walk through that door.” And she stomped off.
I did what I felt the Lord asked me to do. What happened after that, is not on me.
My poor wife couldn’t believe I did that, but hey, someone somewhere has to witness to em.
Yes, Brent looks like one of those guys in Sound of Freedom who eagerly awaited his child.
The cross should be on full display as a matter of Freedom of Speech.Period.
