Sonia Sotomayor is the John (Reporting for Duty) Kerry of Supreme Court Justices. Kerry and Sotomayor both think the military is full of morally bankrupt, uneducated dunderheads. The military is comprised of a bunch of unthinking automatons who know how to make guns go pew pew and blindly follow orders. Blame Barack Obama.
Barack Obama nominated Sotomayor to the Supreme Court in 2009 by Obama. A remark the judge made about a “Wise Latina” became widely known and a point of contention during the Confirmation Hearings:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” Sotomayor said in a speech in 2001 at the University of California, Berkeley, law school. She made similar statements at other such events.
That poor, pitiful “Wise Latina” has written some of the dumbest, darn remarks ever handed down from the bench. In Monday’s ruling, the majority read out a reasoned argument in the immunity case. Sotomayor cut an absolute rusty in the “dissent” proving that she doesn’t know shite about the military. What, you ask, does the military have to do with Presidential Immunity? The “Wise Latina” brought up Seal Team Six assassinating a political rival on orders of a mentally incompetent President (Trump) to Trump’s attorney during April arguments. Her weird obsession with manly men showed up in her “dissent”. Politico bought it completely:

A President, even while invoking core warmaking powers as commander-in-chief, remains liable to impeachment and removal from office for crimes committed even in that capacity.
Impeachment is not designed to punish the president for wrongful acts, rather it is designed to preserve the constitutional structure of government.
If one wishes to hold a president under fear of prosecution for his official actions, one must concede that such intended deterrence will certainly bring unintended consequences. The president might be deterred from a crime but equally he might be deterred from faithfully carrying out essential but politically unpopular duties of his office.
Thus the framers, and today a majority of the Supreme Court, recognize that it is more important to preserve the integrity of government for 330 million Americans than it is to punish one lawbreaker. It is better to limit the remedy to impeachment than to open the floodgates of partisan intimidation that risk miscarriage in office by the executive.
If put to a secret ballot by the Supreme Court bar, Sotomayor would easily earn the distinction of being voted the dumbest member of the Court.

Sotomayor’s hysterical dissent from the immunity decision set off the murderous rage of the left. She’s a disgrace. Not to mention that Biden’s prosecution of his political opponent for a fake crime for first time in 230 years forced the court to act.
I’m certain, as with Biden, she started out stupid, arrogantly ignorant of just how stupid a person she is.
I went to medical school with many stupid people. Sure, cream of the crop and all that, but bone-stupid. Becoming a doctor, like becoming a lawyer, doesn’t require Newtonian or Einstein-level intelligence, merely average, coupled with persistence. In many cases, medical (and law) students are GREAT at memorizing vast tracts of information, but sorting through it all, making rational conclusions, applying that information to real-life situations is beyond them.
In the wise-a$$ Latina’s case, at this point in her life, judging from some of her more recent rulings and dissents, I’m afraid she’s demonstrating signs of diabetic dementia.
I have no doubt that Supreme Cort justices crying in her chambers when she does not get her way is prone to leak abortion decisions before they are made public while she is crying
