If you aren't familiar with Douglas Murray, you will be soon. In the wake of the Hamas invasion of Israel which has now led to a prolonged conflict in Gaza, the author and journalist has emerged as a rare voice of clarity.
Specifically, Murray has not held back in critiquing the threats to Western civilization that have become entrenched over the years, and while his domain is primarily Europe and the United Kingdom, his warnings extend to the United States. As RedState reported, recent violent protests in New York City resembled something you'd see in a third-world Middle Eastern country, with masked men kicking in doors and tearing down American flags.
One of the primary things Murray has spoken out about is the idea that most of the protesters involved aren't pro-Hamas. Piers Morgan tried that line on him, and the journalist was ready to go with a response. It's not often you see Morgan, one of the world's foremost talking heads, left without a retort.
MORGAN: Well, there is, but I don't think that all of these protesters are pro-Hamas. I think you're making...
....
MURRAY: Okay, well here's a challenge, Piers. If you decided to go on some kind of march and in week one you discovered that you had the BMP calling, for instance, for the murder of all black people, would you not wonder whether or not you should go on week two? Would you not drop out by week three? I would have thought so, I would.

Not familiar with Doulas Murray but I’m going to do some research. He seems to be on the right side.
Douglas Murray. One of the good ones
Talibi and Murray debated Gladwell and Goldberg about trusting the media Classic
“”Not familiar with Doulas Murray””
Me either but it seems odd that he’s wearing PRESS on his clothing and it’s highly unusual for someone with press credentials to speak up pro/con in any conflict....he appears to be in “the field” and not in a studio where they can exchange or hash out opinions...this is supposedly him REPORTING from the field? Maybe it’s just me but it appears odd.
I’ve felt all along that the only reason the protesters are using “Palestine” as their talking point/signs etc., is because they don’t WANT to appear PRO HAMAS...which is exactly what they are. Any one claiming to be otherwise is only fooling themselves - not the rest of us.
ouglas Murray is great. Love his videos.
I think Douglas Murray is great, but a lot of people on this website are going to have problems with him because he’s gay..
He’s a thoughtful man
My answer to that would be yes unless I was being paid to be there. I know there are a lot of pro Hamas in that crowd but I also recognize a lot of the rent a mob BLM types there as well. They are soulless marxists
Search turned up financial investments, metal company and a medical treatment.
British Mounted Police?
As an opening gambit, I would say that calling for genocide is a bad thing, and the West should reject anyone or any group that calls for genocide against a particular group. It should be a little like “the n-word”. It’s the thing you don’t say. You lose the argument if you say it. You “cross the line”.
But, for me, the corollary to this is that if Group A actually does cross that line and call for the destruction of Group B, then all bets are off. At that point, calling for genocide against Group A becomes a moral imperative. All decent people should feel a compulsion to wipe Group A off the face of the earth. Group A crossed the line. Now they deserve what’s coming to them.
If you’re standing next to pro-Palestinians who chant “From the river to the sea”, you best run away from those people because those people deserve to be hit with everything anyone can muster.
Thanks for posting. Never heard of him. Sounds rational.
Blue Man People (Group)?
Well-stated. BUMP!
Cops won’t arrest violent Pro-Hamas demonstrators. Someone whose vote is wanted might be offended.
And our federal legal authorities are busy adjudicating the Jan. 6 criminals.
He is a brilliant spokesperson for the Right. Read “War on the West”. He’s gay and sadly, an Atheist. Other than that, he’s always on the correct side of things politically.
Douglas Murray is great. But he’s gay, so most Freepers will immediately dismiss him.
Super smart, outspoken realist, and also gay. Sometimes it seems like gay guys are the only ones with enough balls to speak out. What’s up with that?
I first saw him interviewed by Tucker Carlson a few years ago. Had no idea he was gay. Just thought he was English, and brilliant. He made a lot of good points including the realization that when the US is done, the world’s done as we know it.
