This is HUGE folks…
I am literally bouncing a bit in my seat as I type this one.
For years, I have told you my theory is that President Trump already has ALL the evidence.
What evidence?
Everything.
Confirmation of the 2020 Election Steal (we know they watched and logged it all in realtime from that SCIF)…
All the goods on the Biden Family treason…
All the evidence of the multiple Unconstitutional actions taken against President Trump which also amount to Treason and election interference to name just a couple crimes….
He.
Has.
It.
All.
At least that’s been my theory.
Why?
Call it common sense or intuition or a gut feeling or reading between the lines but in light of everything they’ve thrown at him and his family, he looks WAY too calm to me to be managing all of this if he didn’t already know he had won….
If he didn’t already know he holds the Trump Card.
So that’s been my working theory.
Then last week a lady named Jan Halper-Hayes went on GBN and told the world that theory is 100% correct.
I mean, she basically reiterated my theory word-for-word and even went farther than anything I’ve ever speculated.
We covered it and that was excited, but then a couple other things happened and that’s where we now advance the story.
First, Don Jr. posted a link to her full interview, essentially giving it his stamp of approval.
Ok, that’s cool, but it’s not 45.
…….but then 45 did it.
Not only reposted it but gave it his clear endorsement and confirmed it was TRUE.

I hate to break it to you, but his DC trial is rigged and he will be convicted. Yes, he will win in the SCOTUS or possibly be pardoned (hopefully, by himself), but there is no way he’s going to get a fair trial in DC, or be allowed to present any evidence the jury will ever see before the judge instructs them to convict him.
If you thought the election was rigged, you ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. The fact many of the circuit judges attended his arraignment (probably hiding popcorn in their robes) tells you they are all invested in his conviction.

And what is to stop the Obama appointed Judge from denying each and every motion and subpoena request from Team Trump? I mean, if the deep state knows that Trump has the goods and this prosecution grants him a forum to present the evidence, what would stop the deep state hand picked judge from violating civil procedure and simply refuse/deny Trump the ability to legally present the proof?
The Court of Appeals does not matter here, because whatever position it takes will immediately be taken up by the Supremes. We all know that the Supremes are not going to interfere. CJ Roberts is so compromised that it is laughable. He will ALWAYS protect the deep state. Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett have also proven they are terrified into submission for the sake of their children.
So I ask again, accepting your position that Trump has all of the proof-does anyone honestly think the deep state would NOT use the power vested in the Obama appointed judge to merely refuse to allow any of it to be entered into the case?

The problem has never been lack of evidence. We all saw everything with our own eyes. Rudy has rooms full of evidence that no court would hear. The FBI has known all along that Biden took bribes and did nothing but try to bury it. Trump’s own AG, Bill Bar, hid exculpatory evidence to help with the witch hunt against Trump.
The problem is not lack of evidence - it is that our system of justice is compromised, and has been weaponized against MAGA.

To ensure the steal, they had to shut down counting the votes in five battleground states in the middle of the night so that they could figure out how many more votes they needed to get their guy over the top. This never happened before in history.
Then, at the crack of dawn, the vote counting resumed and surprise, surprise, millions of Biden votes were getting counted, putting him over the top in all those battleground states (that Trump was leading in) and suddenly basement Biden has 81 million votes - far, far more than Hillary or Obama ever got.
So yes, this election was stolen and the carefully engineered Reichstag Fire event of Jan 6 sent any Republicans daring to still stand up to the steal, and challenge the electionk into hiding in fear.
I'm voting for Trump no matter what this go around because he was rightfully elected in 2020.
That all said, it is too late for Trump to present any evidence now. It won't change anything. The steal of 2020 cannot be rolled back. We waited too long.
Maybe this evidence will help exonerate him in trial but it does nothing to change anything for the rest of us.
Sadly.
The time to have presented this "evidence" would have been in the weeks following the electoin.
I think everything Red Badger does is awesome.
