I hate to break it to you, but his DC trial is rigged and he will be convicted. Yes, he will win in the SCOTUS or possibly be pardoned (hopefully, by himself), but there is no way he’s going to get a fair trial in DC, or be allowed to present any evidence the jury will ever see before the judge instructs them to convict him.

If you thought the election was rigged, you ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. The fact many of the circuit judges attended his arraignment (probably hiding popcorn in their robes) tells you they are all invested in his conviction.

True, dat. The judge violated the Brady Act in reading the charging document and Trump's last words at the rally before heading to the Capitol. She left off the exculpatory phrase 'peacefully and patriotically' when reading the charging document. Nothing says personal bias against defendant like a judge violating the Brady Act.
