And what is to stop the Obama appointed Judge from denying each and every motion and subpoena request from Team Trump? I mean, if the deep state knows that Trump has the goods and this prosecution grants him a forum to present the evidence, what would stop the deep state hand picked judge from violating civil procedure and simply refuse/deny Trump the ability to legally present the proof?
The Court of Appeals does not matter here, because whatever position it takes will immediately be taken up by the Supremes. We all know that the Supremes are not going to interfere. CJ Roberts is so compromised that it is laughable. He will ALWAYS protect the deep state. Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett have also proven they are terrified into submission for the sake of their children.
So I ask again, accepting your position that Trump has all of the proof-does anyone honestly think the deep state would NOT use the power vested in the Obama appointed judge to merely refuse to allow any of it to be entered into the case?
