A viral Twitter video captured the hilarious reaction of two raccoons who were caught entering someone's yard. In the video, the raccoons appear to be startled by a noise and freeze in place. One of the masked bandits is seen standing still on its hind legs, while the other stops moving and stares in the direction of the noise made by the homeowner filming them.

The one on the left looks like he’s getting ready to sing on some reality music show.
“I gotta be me! Gotta be me!”
Lol!
I hate these things. Just a couple months ago we had one get into the attic after it pushed a gap thru one of the “returns” under a gable. Female, produced three kit’s and cost me almost $4000 to get rid of it and remediate the attic after the filthy thing was driven out using male pheromones. I had multiple opportunities to shoot the damn thing but I didn’t think my neighbors or the county sheriff would be pleased. Anyway, I hate them still....
‘Coons will stand snd fight. Many have been killed because they turned to fight tires, rather than continue to run away.
Great video!
Someone I knew had one in the basement up north.
It was about 50 lbs and he couldn’t get a good shot. Ended up strangling it with improvised numchuks.
One evening I spotted a rather large raccoon traversing my neighbor’s sidewalk in a hurry. The strange thing was that it was walking rapidly on two legs.
Got number 10, yesterday. Got 63 last year
Raccoons are funny critters. Very polite thieves from my encounters.
I worked for a number of years in an old, drafty steel mill (built around 1900 or so). I never saw a single rat the whole time I was there. But boy, the raccoons. They constantly got into the garbage bins around the mill, and made quite a mess.
It was also a bit - shall we say - startling to go to a bin at 3 AM and see a raccoon staring up at you. In those cases I would choose another bin. He could have that one.
Odd that management never thought to install garbage binds with secure lids.
Truly a movie camera that uses film?
I am trying to make friends with a feral skinny black cat in our neighborhood. So I give her some food in the morning and at night. BUT if she doesn’t eat her food, raccoons will come out and grab the remainder. The other night, there were 5 of them, and the biggest one, I swear his body was the size of a 5 gallon bucket.
Good recipe…but reusing the marinade (even refrigerated) is flirting with salmonella.
Keep up the good work!

Good on you for helping out the feral.
My mom had three siblings from the early 2000s. Only one left out of that bunch. She’s not looking so great but she’s about 17 now. Amazing for a feral considering all the hazards and cold winters. Plus my mom has got other ferals she feeds.
