Already, advocacy season has started on Free Republic, with obvious and not so obvious agendas at work.
To promote honesty and unity, I think its only fair that Jeb! be the anointed GOP candidate for president in 2024. Consider the following:
1. He can have Liz Cheney as the VP choice, and the campaign slogan can be: "We're getting the band back together again. Watch out Iraq! Please clap....."
2. Cheney as VP can pick up where she left off regarding her work on the January 6 commitee, finishing up identifying and prosecuting the remaining 75 million insurrectionists running around damaging "our democracy"™
3. For those posting on FR with a problem with "make Ameruca great again", by promoting a Jeb!/Cheney ticket, you no longer have to hide behind snarky responses, or posting non-sequiter articles that show MAGA as monsters. You can proudly step forth and be proud of your views.
4. For those who want an endless flow of taxpayer dollars, military assets, and eventually lives in the cause of making contractors wealthy at the expense of Americans, Jeb!/Cheney will keep the party going.
5. Need affordable help to mow the lawn, contracting, or myriad other labor tasks? Jeb!/Cheney will ensure Biden's open borders policy keeps on
6. Stalwarts like McConnell, Graham, Murkowski, Romney, and Collins won't have to pretend they're on board with policymaking that benefits Americans. They can go back to the fun times of the last 30 or so years, barring that terrible interlude of 2016-2020.
And the best part? Your conscience is safe. No more need to lie or pretend you're something you're not like the jackwagon Democrats. Or pretend you're NOT running a stealth campaign. Or spend hours digging up articles to smear those who aren't 'your favorite'. Or pretending you actually care for the USA.
So let's all get behind Jeb!/Cheney. The media will never say anything bad about them. And don't forget to clap.
