The U.S. Army at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth is teaching officers in intermediate level education (ILE) that white people can’t experience racism, defining racism as “a complex system of believes and behaviors that result in the oppression of people of color and benefit the dominant group.”
The definition of racism is taught in an elective course called “Race and Gender in U.S. Military History,” which is available for up to 32 students each year. The course is taught by Angela Riotto, an assistant professor at the college, according to TRMLX, who first reported on the course.
The course description states that “an effective military only functions under the principles of equality and inclusion.”
“Manpower policy regarding inclusion and equality has only changed when forced to by the necessities of war or from outside social and political influence,” it continues. “This course will examine the history of service of minority groups and women in the U.S. Military, major amendments to manpower policy, and historic problems with presenting a less than unified force.”

When I was required to take the first military course in racial discrimination in the 1970s, we were taught that the civil rights acts of the 1960’s defined racial discrimination as the actions of the majority against the minority. IOW, a minority cannot discrimination on the bases of race since they do not have the power to do so. Only the majority has the power to do that.
Oh yes, wipipo can experience racism—we were vendors at an event in Las Vegas some years back in which catered to Hawaiians. No problem. But Hawaiian patrons as well as Hawaiian vendors were very chilly to us Haoles...It was comical actually. So blatant. The promoter was great and the wipipo tourists were fine, as well as all shades of other Las Vegas residents...say for the Hawaiians.
We didn’t expect much and got even less.
Kill Haole Day, was a thing back in the 70s when I lived in Hawaii.
Jesse Jackson and other early race hustlers fought constantly to establish the “black people can’t be racist” meme. Looks like they mostly succeeded in all government institutions. They wanted to be able to use the accusation against whites and never have the same accusation come back at them.
Beyond pathetic that the U. S. military has joined the nonsense.
The US is doomed. No way around it. Only God can save us.
Modern day state sanctioned bigotry.
Idiots. Country full of idiots.
Khruschev was right. He and his ilk won without firing a shot and are taking us down from within.
‘...elective course called “Race and Gender in U.S. Military History,” which is available for up to 32 students each year.’
It would seem to me that this would be an ideal starting point to cull 32 students from the officer corps each year.
Training up a new class of Commissars ...
Experience racism? Does that mean “cannot be the victims of racism”?
They should learn how to compose a sentence in English first.
How’s that recruiting going?
Told a young family member that as a white Christian straight male, he has no future in the military. Better of going to tech school. None of my children will serve the military leadership are racists or woke.
I beg to differ. I had that particular wake-up call back in 1983.
It’s ironic that this article came out of ft Leavenworth. I wander if there are quotas for the inmates?
A relatively small cadre were hiding in the middle ranks and Fed.gov bureaucracy
And Obama promoted them all and brought them to the fore.
No Big Deal!
Our communist masters know that the pathetically servile and indolent Aamerican people will just continue to roll over and spread their collective cheeks...
